Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Calcified Supraspinatus Tendinitis With Jiaweiwutou Decoction And Exercise Massage(Wind Cold Damp Type)

Objective:Through the clinical comparative test,we observed the treatment of calcified supraspinatus tendinitis with jiaweiwutou Decoction and exercise massage,The clinical efficacy and feasibility of CST(wind cold dampness type)provide some reliable TCM diagnosis and treatment means for CST and this kind of soft tissue injury disease,and also provide clinical reference for the dialectical treatment of this kind of disease.Methods:56 patients with CST(wind cold damp type)who met the requirements were selected from the massage clinic and ward of Wuhan traditional Chinese medicine hospital from March 2018 to October2019.The patients were divided into two groups: the experimental group(n=28)and the control group(n=28).On the basis of routine treatment,the experimental group was treated with modified Aconitum decoction combined with exercise massage therapy.The traditional Chinese medicine decoction was once a day in the morning and evening,once a day,and the massage was qd.The above therapy lasted for 5 days and was one course,with a total of 4 courses,each course intermittently for 2 days.The control group was treated with celecoxib Capsule on the basis of routine treatment,with a specification of 0.2g/pill,once a time,qd.The treatment course and time interval were the same as that of the control group The test group was consistent.The results of VAS score and constant merley score of shoulder joint function(ROM score and ADL score of daily living ability of shoulder joint)were recorded before and after treatment in the two groups.Spss20.0 software was used to analyze the data and compare the curative effect of the two groups after treatment,so as to evaluate the effect of jiaweiwutou decoction combined with exercise massage in the treatment of CST The efficacy and feasibility of wet type.Results:1)The basic data of gender,age,occupation,shoulder,course length,VAS score,Rom score and ADL score before treatment in the two groups were statistically analyzed and compared(P>0.05);2)Clinical efficacy: after treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.9%,of which 8 cases were cured,14 cases were obviously effective,4 cases were effective,and 2cases were ineffective;the total effective rate of the control group was 71.4%,of which 3 cases were cured,8 cases were obviously effective,9 cases were effective,and 8 cases were ineffective;after comparison between the groups,P<0.05,indicating that the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference;3)VAS score of pain visual analogue scale: after treatment,the VAS score of the experimental group and the control group was significantly lower than that before treatment,P>0.05,which showed that there was no statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group;4)ROM score of shoulder joint function: after the treatment,Rom scores of the test group and the control group were significantly higher than before the treatment,after the comparison between the groups,P<0.05,indicating that the test group was superior to the control group,with statistical differences;5)ADL scores of daily living ability: after treatment,ADL scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly higher than before treatment,P<0.05,indicating that the experimental group was superior to the control group,with statistical differences;Conclusions:Jiaweiwutou decoction combined with exercise massage and oral celecoxib capsule have clinical feasibility in the treatment of CST(wind cold and damp type);they have obvious effect in reducing the pain of patients with wind cold and damp type CST,and the effect is equivalent;but the former has better effect in improving the shoulder function of patients,improving the level of daily life,and has good safety,is a kind of Reliable treatment.
