Purpose:Using the wrist-ankle combined with conventional acupuncture and conventional acupuncture for neck type cervical spondylosis, the clinical efficacy and immediate analgesic effect of two clinical regimens will be observed and compared.Method:Using randomized controlled methods,72 patients were randomly divided into the wrist-ankle acupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group,36 patients in each group. Before receiving treatment,1 at the end of treatment and after treatment were compared between the two groups' Mc Gill pain questionnaire score and neck pain scale, judging comprehensive efficacy after the treatment, and treated in the first 10 min,20 min,30 min to compare two groups of visual analog scale score, observe immediate analgesia effect of two methods of treatment.Results:1.The baseline of the two groups was comparable in gender, age, course of disease,TCM syndrome type distribution and disease condition.2.The visual analogue scores(VAS)of the two groups were compared between the10 min,20min and 30 min of the first treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The VAS scores of two groups were compared with those in the pre treatment at10 min,20min,and 30 min for the first treatment : the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Two groups of treatment for the first time the three periods of visual analogue scale difference between group comparison: the first, second time difference value was statistically significant(P < 0.05),there was no statistical difference between the third time difference value(P > 0.05).5.After a course of treatment between two group: PRI emotional score,VAS score, two groups NPQ score,PRI sensory score,PPI score and Mc Gill total score had significant difference(P<0.05).6.The two groups were compared before by their own after one course of treatment:PRI emotional score,VAS score,PRI sensory score,PPI score,Mc Gill total score and NPQ score were statistically significant(P<0.05).7.The comparison between the two groups at the end of treatment: There was no statistical difference between PRI emotional items.(P>0.05),There was significant difference between the PRI sensory score,VAS score,PPI score,Mc Gill total score, and NPQ score(P<0.05).8.Efficacy evaluation: the total efficiency of wrist-ankle combined with conventional acupuncture is 88.24%,tthe control group is 78.79%,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).9.There was no significant difference in safety and compliance between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Wrist-ankle combined with conventional acupuncture had good clinical effect in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.2.The wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture on the treatment of cervical spondylotic is significant, and it is a clinical treatment method for the rapid relief of cervical spondylotic pain.3.Ankle acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture can improve the patient's bad feelings caused by pain in a short time.4.Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture can improve the patient's quality of life.5.The safety and compliance of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture were good.
