The Clinical Observation On The Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy By Wrist-ankle Acupuncture With Cervical Jiaji Acupuncture

Purpose: investigate the effect that Wrist-ankle acupuncture with cervical Jiaji Acupuncture treating the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. At the same time investigate the analgesia effect of the Wrist-ankle acupuncture.Methods:Clinical research adopt random and contrast method,to observe final diagnosis for the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy protrusion(half)60 cases.There were 30 patients in each group.Patients in the treatment group received the treatment of Wrist-ankle acupuncture with cervical Jiaji Acupuncture,while those in the control group were given only cervical Jiaji Acupuncture. Wrist-ankle acupuncture chooses static acupuncture method with 24h; and the cervical Jiaji Acupuncture chooses dynamic acupuncture method with 30min,then dynamic acupuncture in the 15min 1 times, flat senna and flat fill.Two methods both operating the next day a time, 10 times in a treatment,during the treatment give a rest for 2 days.,then go the next. After three courses of treatment ,investgate the changes of the clinical efficacy of CSR for the two groups, and cpmpare the Simplify MPQ scor and the levels of Interleukin-8 (IL-8) in the Serum content for the Patients of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy before and after treatment.Results:1,the Simplify MPQ scor of the patients of the two groups with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy have been significantly improved. self-comparison of each group before and after treatment have manifest difference(P<0.01).And there was manifest difference between treatment group and control group,the treatment group was superior than the control group(P<0.01).2,the levels of Interleukin-8 (IL-8) in the Serum content of the patients of the two groups with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy have been significantly improved.The two groups have manifest difference before and after treatment(P<0.01).And there was manifest difference between treatment group and control group,the treatment group was superior than the control group(P<0.05).3,the comparison of therapeutic effects: the total effect rate of the treatment groups was 96.7%, the total effect rate of the control groups was 73.3%.there were manifest differencebetween the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusions:1,the group of Wrist-ankle acupuncture with cervical Jiaji Acupuncture and the group of cervical Jiaji Acupuncture can both improve the clinical symptoms of the CSR patients ,and so that the symptoms of the CSR patients with pain or numbness of the upper limbs or even alleviate was disappeared.It show that Wrist-ankle acupuncture and cervical Jiaji Acupuncture are all effective treatment.but the effect of Wrist-ankle acupuncture with cervical Jiaji Acupuncture was more superior.2,the group of Wrist-ankle acupuncture with cervical Jiaji Acupuncture and the group of cervical Jiaji Acupuncture can both decended the Simplify MPQ scor and the levels of Interleukin-8 (IL-8)in the Serum content after treatment, It show that Wrist-ankle acupuncture and cervical Jiaji Acupuncture are all effective treatment,but the drops of Wrist-ankle acupuncture with cervical Jiaji Acupuncture was more manifest difference than the group of cervical Jiaji Acupuncture. It show that the effect of Wrist-ankle acupuncture with cervical Jiaji Acupuncture was more superior, Wrist-ankle acupuncture has a more obvious analgesic effect, it can effectively reduce the Simplify MPQ scor and the level of Interleukin-8 (IL-8) in the Serum content for the CSR patients, It indicates that its curative effect mechanism may have something to do with the CSR patients'level,which wrist-ankle acupuncture intervents the inflammatory mediators of IL-8.3,It show that the effect of Wrist-ankle acupuncture with cervical Jiaji Acupuncture was more superior than the group of cervical Jiaji Acupuncture only. But it may deeply study conducted on the certain effect way and the mechanism on the modern medicine about them by many ways.
