Objective:To study intends to take acupuncture with auricular acupuncture treatment, mechanisms and principles through acupuncture analgesia, especially with auricular acupuncture analgesia to clinical efficacy analysis of the disease, in order to find a more rational treatment of cervical On the plus relapse rate of the disease and related factors; methods and measures of disease neck pain.Methods:①treatment group:The body acupuncture as:pain in the corresponding part of Jiaji Points, Tianzhu (double), neck hundred workers (double), a large loom (double) and ipsilateral occipital nerve at the exit (about the second cervical spine top of about2.2cm, after midline approximately2.0cm)-based, clinical and subtraction with points dialectical therapy. Auricular as:neck, shoulders, spine, liver, kidney mainly with:the door of God, pillow, endocrine. Ordinary acupuncture Tianzhu (double), Jingbailao (double), Dazhu (double) and occipital nerve exit, the corresponding parts of the ipsilateral Jiaji electro-acupuncture device is connected, uses standard0.3*40mm disposable needle into the needle, and the needle30min. Select high-frequency electro-acupuncture continuous wave (or called Bomi continuous wave), frequency of about50-100times/sec, the output intensity of patient tolerance and limb muscle rhythmic twitching of degrees. Auricular each round election three main points with two distribution points, using disposable needles beauty (size0.19*10mm) needle, the needle30min.②Control group:Patients were sitting with pillow collar Budou traction, bend head forward, leaning forward about10degrees-15degrees, and patient comfort and can reduce symptoms prevail. Towing weight from3kg, beginning with the increasing weight of0.5kg standard, the maximum weight not exceeding5kg per tow20min.By "Northwick Park Neck Pain Scale"(NPQ),"SF-36quality of life scale" and "short form McGill Pain questioned" to evaluate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture with ear against cervical spondylosis neck pain.Results:1Baseline data were compared two groups of patients suggest that the two groups were compared on gender, age, and duration of disease, etc., there was no significant difference (P>0.05), show the same two groups at baseline were comparable.(2) In the study of the clinical efficacy of NPQ, McGill, analysis of SF-36scores of the three scales, using the first two groups of patients decreased after the intervention scores than the intervention research methods, by comparison between the two groups at each time point prompt treatment is effective (P<0.05), while the control group had lower scores in the treatment group. Among which there was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05), prompt treatment groups in the overall evaluation than the control group (P<0.05).3treatment groups with "neck three needle" for the treatment of the foundation, coupled with parts of Jiaji significant effect. The treatment group compared with the control group (①cure rate:8.82%and0%;②significant efficiency:32.35%and2.86%;③improvement rate:52.94%and85.71%; inefficiency:5.88%and11.43%. The treatment group received acupuncture and ear acupuncture results are obtained on the basis of the traction than the control group.Conclusion:1analgesic effect of acupuncture in the clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis neck pain effect certainly is a high clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis neck pain frequency of use.2Search through the literature and clinical studies, and further allows electro-acupuncture and auricular acupuncture intervention efficacy of cervical spondylosis radiculopathy better than traction effect. This provides a scientific theory based on the need for further expansion of wide use of this method in clinical treatment of the disease.
