Study On The Cluster Analysis Of TCM Syndrome Type Of Premature Ovarian Failure And The Relationship With Social Psychological Factors

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between social psychological factors and Premature Ovarian Failure(POF),as well as clinical common TCM syndromes,in order to provide new ideas and references for clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM.Method: The Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and consistent with the diagnosis of POF and the inclusion criteria of 126 cases of POF in 110 healthy women group and normal menstruation and sex hormone level of the normal questionnaire,fill in the "POF syndromes questionnaire","SCL-90 symptom checklist","Eysenck's personality the questionnaire(adult edition)",the data in the Excel database,using SPSS 21.for analysis.Result:(1)A total of 236 people were investigated,including 126 patients with POF and 110 normal controls.Based on cluster analysis,TCM Syndromes of POF patients can be clustered into four categories,including kidney deficiency and liver depression,accounting for 47.6%,followed by liver kidney yin deficiency(27.8%),kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(15.9%),spleen kidney two deficiency syndrome(8.7%).(2)There was no significant difference in age,menarche age,marital status,education background and occupation between the two groups.(3)There were significant differences between the two groups in bedtime,self-conscious working life pressure,pregnancy times,abortion times and family history(P < 0.05).(4)In the SCL-90 scale survey,there were significant differences between the two groups in the number of positive items,interpersonal relationships,depression and psychotic(P < 0.05);there were significant differences in total score,total average score,positive symptom score,anxiety and paranoid ideation(P < 0.01).(5)In the survey of Eysenck personality questionnaire,there was a significant difference in mental dimension between the two groups(P < 0.05),and there was a significant difference in neuroticism dimension(P < 0.01).(6)Kidney deficiency blood stasis and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome,spleen kidney two deficiency syndrome had significant difference in aspects of somatization(P <0.05),and two type of deficiency of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of spleen and kidney had significant difference in interpersonal sensitivity(P < 0.05),kidney deficiency liver depression syndrome,liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome and kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,spleen kidney two deficiency syndrome had significant difference in depression,paranoia,psychosis(P < 0.05),kidney deficiency liver depression syndrome and kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,spleen kidney two deficiency syndrome had significant difference in anxiety(P < 0.05).(7)Four types in neuroticism dimension have significant difference(P < 0.05),kidney deficiency liver depression syndrome,liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome and kidney deficiency blood stasis syndrome,spleen kidney two deficiency type in psychoticism dimension has a significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Through cluster analysis,TCM syndromes were classified into four categories: kidney deficiency and liver depression,yin deficiency of liver and kidney,kidney deficiency and blood stasis,spleen and kidney two deficiency syndrome.Among them,the constitution of kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome is the highest,followed by liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome,kidney deficiency blood stasis syndrome,spleen and kidney two deficiency syndrome.(2)High pressure of work and life,late bedtime,repeated abortion,improper operation,and hereditary factors may be the factors affecting the incidence of POF.(3)The mental symptoms of the patients with POF are more serious,and the symptoms of loneliness and emotional instability are easy to appear.(4)Patients with POF with kidney deficiency and blood stasis are more likely to develop somatization symptoms.Patients with POF with spleen and kidney deficiency are more prone to be uncomfortable or inferiority.Kidney deficiency liver depression and liver kidney yin deficiency are more likely to appear abnormal mental activities.
