Objective:In this study,the patients with perimenopausal syndrome(Perimenopausal Syndrome,PMS)were surveyed to collect the basic information,the symptoms of the patients and the Eysenck personality questionnaire,also explore the relationship between Eysenck personality and TCM syndrome in PMS.It's expected to provide some new ideas and viewpoints for the prevention and treatment of this disease.Methods:This study selected 84 cases from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine in January to December of 2017,which accords with the syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation,liver-kidney yin-deficiency,cardionephric disharmony and nephrasthenia syndrome.Using the basic information questionnaire,modified Kupperman score table and Eysenck personality questionnaire Chinese Version(EPQ-RSC)to conduct the patients questionnaire surve.According to the findings of the patients to determine their TCM syndrome type and the Eysenck personality.The data was processed and analyzed by using SPSS 22.0 to research the correlation between Eysenck personality types and TCM syndrome type in PMS.Result:1.It had 84 cases of PMS,their ages were mostly 46-50 years old,accounting for 44.05%,and the incidence was higher in high-literacy and mentally-worked women.2.The investigation found that the occurrence of PMS is closely related to liver and kidney.The TCM syndrome is mainly kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome.The syndrome of liver-kidney yin-deficiency is the next,less is the cardionephric disharmony syndrome and nephrasthenia syndrome.3.The temperament type of PMS was mainly melancholic temperament(introversion and instability),accounting for 39.29%,and there was a statistically significant difference between neuroticism N dimension and extraversion E dimension with the normal group(P<0.05).4.It is suggested that there are differences in the distribution of TCM syndromes among the different Eysenck personality types(P<0.05).The choleric temperament is related to the syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney(P<0.05),the melancholic temperament is related to kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome(P<0.05),and the sanguineous temperament is related to nephrasthenia syndrome(P<0.05).Conclusion:The survey found that PMS mostly occurred in 46-50 perimenopausal women;The kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome is more common in clinical;And Eisenck's personality in this patient has a statistically significant difference between neuroticism N dimension and extraversion E dimension with the normal group;And the Eysenck personality type is more common,The PMS patients with different personality types have significant differences in the distribution of TCM syndrome types.
