A Preliminary Study On The Correlation Between Constitution Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Modern Personality Psychology In Kunming Area

Objective:In recent years,the traditional medical model is changing to the "bio-psycho-social" medical model,andthis coincides with the concept of holism in traditional Chinese medicine,the understanding of constitution of Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution embodies the idea of holistic view of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Tcm constitutional theory is a part of Modern Chinese Medicine.As an important part of modern Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine constitution has been paid more and more attention because of its role in clinical treatment and health care.Traditional Chinese medicine constitution believes that the constitution is not only affected by the physical quality,but also plays an important role in the constitution of the constitution.In this study,we hope to discuss the correlation between the nine types of Chinese medicine and the modern personality psychology in Kunming and the surrounding areas by means of epidemiological investigation.Method:From March 2016 to July 2016,adopt random sampling method,the implementation of a field survey on the Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Kunming Medical University and the Kunming clinic,Baita District students love the Museum of traditional Chinese medicine clinic,Yunnan Province Chinese medicine hospital outpatient department patients.The main contents of the survey include: the basic situation,TCM Constitution questionnaire,Eysenck personality questionnaire simplified Chinese Version(EPQ-RSC).By using the method of single factor analysis of variance analysis and Logistic regression,the research of nine kinds of traditional Chinese Medicine physique(gentleness type,Yang deficiency type,yin deficiency type,Qi deficiency type,Phlegm wetness type,Wet heat type,Qi depression type,Blood stasis type,Special diathesis type)relationship with the psychological characteristics of the modern personality.Result:1.After 2 weeks of formal investigation,a preliminary investigation was carried out,and the correlation analysis of the results of the two surveys showed that the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.75,indicating that the test-retest reliability of the scale was better.2.A crowd of students,outpatients,the national norm three nine groups distribution were compared,it is found that the three composition is different,with statistical significance(P < 0.001);the student population and patients with the national norm of the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.001),the student population and outpatient disease the constituent ratio of no significant difference(P> 0.05).3.In theintrovert type people,Qi depression type proportion was the highest,Special diathesis type proportion was the lowest;In the middle type people,Gentleness type proportion was the highest,Blood stasis type proportion was the lowest;In the extravert type people,Gentleness type proportion was the highest,Qi depression type proportion was the lowest.There are differences between the nine types of constitution types of the E scale in the introvert type,the middle type and the extravert type(P< 0.001).In the Emotional stability type people,Gentleness type proportion was the highest,Qi deficiency type proportion was the lowest;In the emotional intermediate type people,Gentleness type proportion was the highest,Blood stasis type proportion was the lowest;In the unstable type pepole,yin deficiency type proportion was the highest,Blood stasis type proportion was the lowest.There are differences between the nine types of constitution types of the N scale in the Emotional stability type,the emotional intermediate type and the unstable type(P< 0.001).The spirit of quality in the normal type people,Gentleness type proportion was the highest,Blood stasis type proportion was the lowest;In the tendency type people,Gentleness type proportion was the highest,Blood stasis type proportion was the lowest;In thepsychoticism people,Gentleness type proportion was the highest,Special diathesis type proportion was the lowest.There are differences between the nine types of constitution types of the P scale in the normal type,the tendency type and thepsychoticism people(P< 0.05).4.In the internal and external dimensions,Gentleness type had the highest score((?)=52.79),Qi depression type had the lowest score((?)=40.74).Compared with the gentleness group score,there were statistical significance in Yang deficiency type,yin deficiency type,Qi depression type(P< 0.01);In the neurotic dimension,Qi depression type had the hightest score((?)=59.91),Gentleness type had the lowest score((?)=47.97),Compared with the gentleness group score,the lowest compared with the gentleness group score,there were statistical significance in Yang deficiency type,yin deficiency type,Qi deficiency type,Phlegm wetness type,Wet heat type,Qi depression type,Special diathesis type(P<0.05);In the psychoticism dimension,Blood stasis type had the highest score((?)=56.00),Wet heat type had the lowest score((?)=47.36).Compared with the gentleness group score,there were statistical significance Wet heat type population score(P< 0.05).5.The research found layered: Compared between male and female,Wet heat type population score hadstatistical significance On the P dimension(P< 0.05);Compared Han nationality with minority nationalities,Qi deficiency type population score hadstatistical significance On the N dimension(P< 0.05);Compared students with outpatients,Special diathesis type population score and Blood stasis type population score hadstatistical significance On the E dimension,Phlegm wetness type population score hadstatistical significance On the P dimension(P<0.05);Compared undergraduate with graduate students,Qi deficiency type population score hadstatistical significance On the N dimension(P< 0.05);Compared Kunming urban with surrounding areas,Blood stasis type population score hadstatistical significance On the N dimension,yin deficiency type population score hadstatistical significance On the P dimension(P<0.05);Compared sports habits with no exercise habits,there was no statistical significance in the scores of the nine constitutions(P > 0.05).6.The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that: Compared E(internal and external)dimensions with the gentleness population score,Yang deficiency type,Qi deficiency,Qi depression type population score hadstatistical significance(P< 0.05);Compared N(neuroticism)dimension with gentleness population score,Yang deficiency type,Qi deficiency,Phlegm wetness type,Qi depression type,Special diathesis type population score hadstatistical significance(P< 0.05);Compared P(psychoticism)dimension with gentleness population score,wet heat type population score had statistical significance(P< 0.05)Conelusions:1.By taking the constituent ratios of nine kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicine constitutions to compare with national norms,the former has more Yin deficiency constitutions and phlegm-dampness constitutions than the later.This may have a certain relation with the climatic features of multi moisture and multi dry and eating spicy food for a long time in Kunming region.2.The survey can preliminarily prove that the traditional Chinese medicine constitutions in Kunming area have some positive correlations with psychological personalities,and they are different from the psychological constitution features in national constitution norms,providing certain epidemiological survey basis for constitution theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine.It provides the basis of epidemiological investigation for the constitution of mind and body in the basic principles of TCM constitution.3.It was found that the nine kinds of E,P and N dimensions of each group had less statistical difference in each layer,which indicated that the nine kinds of constitutions had the characteristics of stability.4.Compared with the eight kinds of biased constitution and the quality of peace,in the psychological state of the more unstable,suffering from mental illness is more likely,this study can provide a certain basis for the clinical research to adjust the psychological status by changing the biased constitution.
