| Purpose:This study investigated whether the relationship is exist betweenthe occurrence of premature ovarian failure and people’s emotions, psychological factors, work environment and family genetic history. Itexplores a variety of possible risk factors for premature ovarian failure fromthe macroscopic perspective and provides a scientific basis for preventionand treatment of premature ovarian failure. At the same time, this study usethe research methods of modern epidemiology and make clinical classificationaccording to the different characteristics of the various syndromes tosummarize common clinical type of premature ovarian failure and explore theSyndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese Medicine law of prematureovarian failure.Method:This subject did clinical investigation of112cases of prematureovarian failure who got diagnosis and treatment at the First AffiliatedHospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and ZiboMaternal and Child Health Hospital in January2011to March2012. With themethod of Case-control,Count data by using the chi-square test,Multi factorclassification by two Logistic regression analysis, this study filter out theimpact factors for premature ovarian failure and analyze the relationshipbetween various factors and premature ovarian failure. According to the methodof literature research, expert advice, clinical epidemiologicalinvestigation and mathematical statistics, the preparation ofPremature ovarian failure syndrome in TCM diagnosis information collection form, theestablishment of a database and the use of descriptive analysis, clusteranalysis, principal component analysis, this subjectid a preliminary studyto Premature ovarian failure syndrome of traditional Chinese medicinesyndrome differentiation standard to establish the clinical operabilitysyndrome diagnostic criteria inintially.Result:1. The clinical study found that the incidence of premature ovarianfailure has no closely relation with occupation, marital condition, educationlevel, tubal or ovarian inflammation, abscesses, application contraceptives, history of tuberculosis, taking aspirin, repeated urinary tract infectionsor vaginitis, taking interferon, sex life, eating habits, sleep time and otherfactors. However, work or study stress, work or learning environment, whetherexposure to toxic substances, secondary sexual characteristics, familyhistory, autoimmune, ovarian medical history and smoking history are riskfactors closely related to the incidence of premature ovarian failure(P<0.05).2. Based on the cluster results, clinical manifestations of patients withpremature ovarian failure can be divided into four Syndrome. According to theresults of principal component analysis, we can come to main ingredient whichhas statistically significant toThe syndrome type of traditional ChineseMedicine diagnosis.Conclusion:1. The main factors affecting the occurrence of premature ovarianfailure are emotions, psychological factors, work environment (whetherexposure to toxic substances), familial history, autoimmune diseases, ovarianhistory and smoking history. Therefore, developing good habits, quittingsmoking, maintaining a healthy state of mind, a happy mood, physical exercise, trying to avoid or reduce exposure to toxic and hazardous substances arebeneficial to reduce the incidence of premature ovarian failure.2. Based on the results of clustering and principal component analysis, the common syndromes of premature ovarian failure can be summarized into thefollowing four categories: kidney-yin deficiency, deficiency of Qi, liver-qistagnation syndrome, kidney yang deficiency syndrome. Combined with previousresearch, literature research and the clinical study results, this subjectpreliminary summed up the common four-class card-Diagnostic Criteria ofpremature ovarian failure... |
