Research Of Early Traumatic Brain Injury Rehabilitation Care Status Quo And Influencing Factors In Tertiary Hospitals Of Changsha

Objective:To investigate the status of early traumatic brain injury rehabilitation care in tertiary hospitals of Changsha;To describe the patients’experience and the present status of nurses to carry out rehabilitation training; To analyze the various factors influencing the implementation of brain injury rehabilitation nursing. To provide effective reference of clinical implementation of brain injury rehabilitation.Methods:This study is descriptive research from the perspective of nurses’ and patients’status quo of brain injury rehabilitation nursing.Select13tertiary hospitals in Changsha city of all eligible neurosurgery nurses which means347subjects were recruited. In the same departments, randomly selected361patients as subjects were investigated. Research instruments included two parts:the self-designed brain injury rehabilitation nursing questionnaire for patients and nurses respectively. All data were put into SPSS18.0software for statistical analysis.Statistic methods included descriptive analysis, t-test, analysis of variance, multiple linear stepwise regression.Results:1.Self evaluation of nurses nursing in rehabilitation of cerebral trauma:(1) The nurse brain injury rehabilitation nursing consciousness mean score was4.28±0.44, the average brain injury rehabilitation nursing knowledge score was0.78±0.18, the average general brain injury rehabilitation nursing score for4.72±0.31, professional brain trauma rehabilitation nursing score mean3.44±0.68.(2) There are nine factors will affect the status quo of brain injury rehabilitation nursing,which were different gender, age job title, employment forms, rehabilitation nursing knowledge training in the school and at work,emphasis of rehabilitation significance, the degree of nurses and patients in values and the brain injury rehabilitation nursing value problems.(3)Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that age, on-the-job training, whether unit in the work emphasize the rehabilitation nursing problems, whether the school system has studied rehabilitation nursing were the main factors that affects brain injury rehabilitation nursing status2、Patients evaluation of brain injury rehabilitation nursing status:(1)The mean score of traumatic brain injury rehabilitation nursing from patients feel was3.56±0.52, specialized in traumatic brain injury rehabilitation nursing scoring average is2.73±0.44.(2) Different age, home place were led to statistically differences in patients’susceptibility of brain injury rehabilitation nursing(3)There are differences between the rehabilitation implement by nurses and patients’susceptibility of brain injury rehabilitationConclusion:1.The awareness of traumatic brain injury rehabilitation care and general implementation of traumatic brain injury rehabilitation care is better, but the professional rehabilitation care of traumatic brain injury implementation needs to be strengthened.2.The systematic and comprehensive basic brain injury rehabilitation nursing knowledge needs to be improved 3.The age, on-the-job training and whether the hospital is stressed at rehabilitation and whether receive system training at school were the main factors that affects brain injury rehabilitation nursing status.
