Occupational stress not only affects the medical staff's own physical and mental health, but also to the improvement of medical quality, the ease of doctor-patient contradiction, etc all have important influence.At present, in our country, there are many studies on medical staff occupational stess, and most research has focused on the provincial or municipal medical institutions, he medical institutions at the country level, the study of the medical staff occupational stress are rare.In this paper, the research object of medical personnel in dianjiang country, through the SPSS software to descriptive statistic analysis, T test, analysis of variance, correlation and regression analysis, analysis of the difference between occupational stress and burnout groups of different individual characteristics mainly using the single factor analysis of variance, analysis the influence factors of occupational stress using Logistic regression analysis.The results show that a higher occupational stress and job burnout of medical personnel in dianjiang country.The related factors influencing the occupational stress mainly title, working years, personal income, family monthly income, the average working hours per week, on the night shift frequency and whether to participate in the rescue.Different individuals exist occupational stress and job burnout, occupational stress and job burnout exists positive correlation. We use satisfy the medical staff the unit the leadership management and the rules and regulations, training needs appropriate to ease occupational stress.
