ObjectiveThe purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between occu pational stress,job burnout and depression,and to improve the physical a nd mental health of nurses,and to reduce the incidence of depression.MethodsThis study was a descriptive study,using convenience sampling method,from February to July of 2015,220 community hospitals in Jinzhou area of 880 nursing staff for the investigation of the questionnaire survey.The research tool was divided into four parts: general condition questionnaire,flow dispatch center depression table(Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale,CES-D),effort reward imbalance quantity table(Effort-Reward has been reviewed,ERI)and Maslach Burnout Inventory table(Maslach Burnout Inventory general survey,MBI-GS).Using SPSS17.0 statistical analysis software to collect the data entry and statistical analysis,to the use of statistical analysis methods include descriptive statistics,variance analysis,t-test,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple step wise regression analysis.ResultsIn this study,a total of 880 questionnaires were distributed,70 questi onnaires were excluded,810 valid questionnaires,and the effective recovery rate was 92%.Through the research,the main research results are as follows:1 community hospital nursing staff Depression Scale scores were divided into 23.86 ± 10.92,the incidence of depression was 37.4%;the depression score in different marital status,education,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The community hospital nursing staff to pay factor score(20.31±5.47),return score(29.70±9.56)and overload score(16.13±3.81);different titles,nursing age group among the nursing staff err score differences have statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.Community nurses emotional exhaustion sense score(24.89 ± 9.39),go to mark of personality scores(9.04 ± 5.56),low sense of achievement scores(27.22±8.14)points,burnout scores(61.15±14.87);different educational background,professional title group among the nursing staff depression score differences have statistical significance(P < 0.05)4.Correlation analysis showed that effort,overload,job burnout and depression score was significantly positively correlated,return score and total depressive score was significantly negatively correlated;further multivariate step wise regression analysis showed that,education,return to work overload and burnout of depressive symptoms have a prediction,which degree and return to significant negative predictors of depressive symptoms,and paid work,overload can significantly positively predict depressive symptoms.Conclusions1 community nurses' depression is more serious,and it is important t o pay attention to and improve the depression symptoms of community ho spital nurses.2 community nurses occupational stress,job burnout and depression symptoms were significantly positively correlated,that is,the higher the level of occupational stress,job burnout,the more serious the level of de pression of the nursing staff will be higher.3.Education,return to work,over load and burnout on depressive sy mptoms of community nurses have significant predictive effect,namely the lower education level,return to work less,work load is high,job burnout more serious depression of nurses,the higher the level of;on the contra ry,lighter degree is higher,the higher the return,working load is low,the level of occupational burnout of nursing staff,depression level is low.Rel evant leaders should take appropriate measures according to the different characteristics of nursing staff,and thus promote the psychological health of nursing staff in community hospitals.
