Perimenopause is a special physiological period for women from middle age to old age.Due to the increase of the material conditions and spiritual pressure, modern women have a tendency to advance into the permenopausal period, and the leading to a great influence of perimenopausal syndrome on women's quality of life. It was reported about 90% of women at the age 45-55 years old will have different degrees of clinical manifestations. In addition, there are some women who did not meet the diagnostic criteria for perimenopause, but the clinical symptoms of the perimenopausal syndrome have appeared. Therefore, according to TCM theories in Neijing, we conduct research on perimenopausal women and women before perimenopausal period, hoping to find the characteristics of perimenopausal women's physiology and pathology, and to provide a theoretical basis for early diagnosis and prevention. Objective:In this study, assessed by the epidemiological methods, women were grouped by age according to the traditional "35years ", "42years ", "49years" theory to evaluate the pathological characteristics of women in different age groups, and to analyze the risk factors of perimenopausalsyndrome, and provide reference for the prevention and treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. Methods:Following clinical epidemiology research methods, this study usedthe unified clinical research questionnaires, including:the general questionnaire, the improved KI table and the four-diagnostic information collection form. There were 450 cases of women aged 35-55 randomlyselected from the visitors to the three affiliated hospitalsof Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and related community hospitalsfrom December 2014 to August 2015. All these women were divided intothree groups:35-41 years,42-48 years and 49-55 years, with 150 cases pre group.Four diagnostic information were collectedall the 450 respondentsbyunified training doctors of TCM. And all respondents were investigated by self-assessment to evaluate the symptoms of menopause. After sorting out and checking the data, the single input method was adopted to establish the database. The SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used for statistical processing andfinal health assessment survey. The disease location of syndrome elements and disease nature of syndrome elements were determinedby themethod of syndrome differentiationestablished by Prof. Zhu Wenfeng (Syndrome Elements Differentiation. Beijing:People's Medical Publishing House.)Result:In 450 cases of womenrecruited in this survey,30 cases were excluded due tomistakes, contradictions and defects, and the effective response rate was 93.33%. Among them,141 cases of women aged 35-41 years,140 cases of women aged 42-48 years,139 cases of women aged 49-55 years old.1.Predisposing factors of perimenopausalsyndromeThis study found that there are some correlations between the incidence of perimenopausal syndrome and the investigator's age, pregnancy, personality traits, family situation, whether there is gynecological history, education and diet tastes. The more pregnant children, introverted, the worse the family situation, a history of gynecological inflammation, the higher the level of education, diet preference women, the more susceptible to perimenopausal syndrome.2. Analysis of TCM syndromes characteristicsof perimenopausalsyndrome in different agesThis study suggests that, the pathologiccharacteristics of perimenopausal womenisdisease-based virtual standard and mixed with the actual situation. The deficiency is mainly caused by Yin deficiency, Qi deficiency and blood deficiency. Mainly marked to Qi stagnation, wet, blood stasis, heat-based, the most obvious qi stagnation. The formation and developmentof perimenopausal syndrome are closely related to liver, spleen and kidney.3.Study on the predisposing factors of perimenopausal syndrome and pathological factors of traditional Chinese medicineAge, the more the number of pregnancies, introverted, the worse the family situation, a history of gynecological, high educational level of preference for food tastes, carbonated drinks and perimenopausal syndromes related to a direct impact on perimenopausal synthesis Syndrome of Chinese medicine pathological factors.Conclusion:1.The occurrence of perimenopausal syndrome is related to the age, number of pregnancies, personality, family situation, history of gynecology, educational level and diet tastes.2.Perimenopausal women, the characteristics of disease-based virtual standard real, the actual situation is mixed. "Liver depression" is an important part of perimenopausal syndrome pathological changes.3.Number of pregnancies, personality, the worse the family situation, a history of gynecological, high educational level, preference for food tastes are related to the occurrence of a direct impact on perimenopause Syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine pathology factors.
