| Objective:Perimenopausal syndrome (PMS) of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and its classification and the relationship between type A behavior, clear the relation between the two, so as to provide A basis for guidance in the patient’s daily behavior in order to improve the cure rate, and provide basic data for further research. Methods:This study of 200 patients with perimenopausal syndrome and 200 cases of healthy people have general information clinical symptoms of serious investigation, reference the Chinese traditional medicine new medicine clinical research guiding principles of perimenopausal syndrome criterion. All respondents are fill in type A behavior questionnaire Establish the original database, using SPSS19.0 statistic system is analyzed.Results:1. The incidence of perimenopausal syndrome women 45 to 55 years of age2. Case group compared with control group, the no significant differences on constituent ratio of two groups of chi-square 2= 29.942, p=29.942, that case group and control group behavior type composition ratio has obvious difference. By the statistical case group type A behavior type (typeA+mA) accounts for more than 64.6%, the control type A behavior type (type A+mA) by 39%, the chi-square 2=22.157, p=22.157, both have obvious difference. And carries on the comparison to the average score, but group> the control group by t test cases, TH (P=0.019<0.019) and TH+CH (= 0.0195<0.05). On type A behavior and perimenopausal syndrome Logistic regression analysis, the relationship between type A behavior (=0.000, P<0.01 OR=0.01) are the factors of perimenopausal syndrome. 3 cases were treated by TCM type of 200 cases of women of perimenopausal syndrome, including 76 people in the liver (38%), kidney Yang deficiency type 40 people accounted for 20%. Kidney Yin type 39 people accounted for 19.5%, kidney Yin and Yang deficiency type two 31 people accounted for 15.5%. Liver and kidney Yin deficiency type 14 people accounted for 7%. Including the number of type A behavior in every syndrome type of composition than liver depression syndrome 64 respectively accounted for 84.2%, kidney Yang deficiency type 14 people accounted for 35%. Kidney Yin deficiency type 22 people accounted for 66.7%, kidney Yin and Yang deficiency type two 17 people accounted for 54.8%. Liver and kidney Yin deficiency type 6 people accounted for 42.9%. And type A behavior constitute respectively with the control group than in chi-square test, the liver, kidney Yin deficiency and the control group had obvious difference (P<0.05), and kidney Yang deficiency and kidney Yin and Yang deficiency, liver and kidney Yin deficiency liver and kidney Yin deficiency type accounted for more than the difference to be markedly (X=4.663, P=4.663).Conclusion:type A behavior is the pathogenic factors of perimenopausal syndrome, and TH factor as the main pathogenic factors; With the liver and kidney Yin deficiency type perimenopausal syndrome. Liver depression level higher than that of kidney Yin deficiency. |
