Clinical Study Of Huaxian Capsule In Improving Cardiac Function Of Patients With Sepsis Myocardial Injury

Objective:By clinical observation of patients with sepsis myocardial injury,to explore the effects of Huaxian capsules on cardiac function in patients with sepsis myocardial injury(qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type),and to provide new ideas and methods for Chinese and Western medicine treatment of sepsis myocardial injury patients.Methods:From June 2016 to February 2018,68 patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit(ICU)of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine were included in the standard for sepsis myocardial injury(qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type).According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and experimental group(34 cases in each group).And according to the 2016 version of the "Sepsis Treatment Guidelines," both groups of patients are routinely given Western comprehensive treatment.The patients in the experimental group were treated with Huaxian capsules plus Western medicine,while the control group was treated with warm water plus western medicine.Both peripheral blood samples were taken from the two groups before treatment and on the third and seventh day after administration.The levels of PCT,TNF-a,CRP,BNP,cTnI,CK-MB,Lac,AST,ALT,BUN and Cr were measured.All patients underwent bedside echocardiography before treatment and on the 7th day after treatment.At the same time,SOFA score,APACHE-? score,and TCM syndrome scores were recorded and analyzed before and after treatment on the 3rd and 7th days;The days of hospitalization in the intensive care unit(d)and 28 days of mortality(%)were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gender,age,and APACHE-? score between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 3rd and 7th day after treatment,the PCT,TNF-a,CRP,BNP,cTnl,CK-MB,Lac index,SOFA score,APACHE-? score and TCM syndrome scores of the experimental group were all significantly decreased than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the detection value of the 7th day and the 3rd day after the treatment,the improvement of the capsule was more obvious,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The changes of LVEF,LVEDD,CO and E/A in the experimental group were statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).The number of days of ICU stay in the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mortality rate of the patients after 28 days was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Huaxian capsules can improve cardiac function in patients with sepsis myocardial damage(qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type).2.Huaxian capsules capsules can effectively improve the levels of PCT,TNF-a,CRP,BNP,cTnI,CK-MB,Lac,AST,ALT,BUN and Cr in patients with septic myocardial injury(qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type).3.Huaxian capsules can improve the level of LVEF,LVEDD,CO,E/A in patients with septic myocardial injury(qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type).4.Huaxian Capsules can improve SOFA scores,APACHE-? scores,and TCM syndrome scores in patients with sepsis-induced myocardial injury(qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type).5.Huaxian capsules can shorten the hospitalization time of patients with sepsis myocardial injury(qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type)and increase the 28-day survival rate of patients with sepsis myocardial injury.
