The Effect Of Huaxian Capsule 1 On T Cell Subsets In Sepsis Patients With Internal Blockage Caused By Blood Stasis And Toxins Accumulation

Objective:Explore clinical effects of Huaxian capsule 1 on patients with sepsis immune dysfunction and internal blockage caused by blood stasis and toxins accumulation,and the effect on T cell subsets.Provide a foundation for clinical research of TCM Yiqihuoxuejiedu method treating immunosuppressed patients with sepsis.Methods:According to the randomized controlled clinical research methods,a total of 80 sepsis patients were selected from the ICU department of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Traditional Medicine in this study.The 80 patients were randomly devided into treatment group 40 cases and control group 40 cases.Different from the patients in the control group,in addition to the treated with western medicine according to international guidelines for sepsis in 2012,patients in the control group were also treated with Huaxian capsule 1 for 7 days.The changes of APACHE-? score?SOFA score?TCM symptom score?Inflammation index?T lymphocyte subsets were observed during the treatment.And the adverse reactions and adverse events that happened in sepsis patients were recorded.To give a comprehensive evaluation of the role clinical efficacy and T cell subsets of Huaxian capsule in sepsis patients.Result:1.Compare of the baseline:There are no significant differences between the two groups patients,such as age,gender,APACHE-? score?SOFA score?TCM symptom score?WBC?CRP?PCT?T cell subsets(P>0.05).2.Comparison between groups before and after treatment:There are statistical significance between the control group and the trail group,such as APACHE-? score?SOFA score?CRP?PCT(P<0.05),there are significant statistical significance between the control group and the trail group,such as CD4+T cell and TCM symptom score(P<0.01),there are no statistical significance between the control group and the trail group,such as WBC?CD8+T cell?CD4+/CD8+(P<0.05).3.Comparison of each group before and after treatment.Compared to the first day of the treatment,APACHE-? score?SOFA score?TCM symptom score?WBC?CRP?PCT?CD4+T?CD4+/CD8+ were statistically significant different(P<0.01).Compared to the first day of the treatment,CD8+ T cell was statistically significant different in treat group(P<0.01),while there was no statistically significant different in control group(P<0.05).4.Evaluation of the efficacy of internal blockage symptoms caused by blood stasis and toxins accumulation:On the seventh day after treatment,the symptoms of internal blockage symptoms caused by blood stasis and toxins accumulation were improved in the two groups,but the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.5.Security analysis:There were no adverse reactions in the treatment group.Conclusion:Huaxian capsule 1 can reduce the APACHE-? score?SOFA score?TCM symptom score,improve inflammation index and immunologic function,playing the role of tonifying qi strengthening the body resistance,promoting blood circulation and detoxication.
