Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Liver Injury In Sepsis Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type By Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu

Objective:Through the clinical observation of the test data of patients with septic liver injury of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type by the method of replenishing qi,activating blood and detoxification(Huaxian Capsule),discuss the effect of the method of replenishing qi,activating blood and detoxification(Huaxian Capsule)on the liver with sepsis of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.The protection of the liver of injured patients and the improvement of synthetic function,to alleviate the pain of patients with liver injury of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type sepsis,and to explore new ideas for improving the cure rate.Methods:Select 64 patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Intensive Medicine(ICU)of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to February 2020 and met the criteria for the inclusion of sepsis liver injury(qi deficiency and blood stasis type),and randomized them Divided into control group and HXJN group,32 cases in each group.According to the 2016 edition of "Guide to Sepsis Treatment",patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment,and patients in the HXJN group were given traditional Chinese medicine treatment in addition to Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Method(Hua Xian Capsule)for traditional Chinese medicine.Then observe and compare the following indicators before and on the 7th day after treatment: AST,ALT,TBIL,PAB,PCT,CRP,APACHE-II score,SOFA score,TCM syndrome score and TCM syndrome efficacy,and finally reached a conclusion.Result:A total of 61 patients completed the study.Before treatment,the general conditions of the two groups were compared: the number,age,gender and APACHE-II score of the two groups of patients were not statistically different(P>0.05),and the two groups of patients were comparable.Before treatment,the AST,ALT,TBIL,PAB,PCT,CRP,SOFA scores and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients were compared between groups,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Seven days after treatment,the AST,ALT,TBIL,PCT,CRP,APACHE-II score,SOFA score and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment,with significant statisticaldifferences(P<0.01),PAB index The levels were significantly higher than before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).The decline of AST,ALT,TBIL,PCT,CRP,SOFA scores and TCM syndrome scores of patients in HXJN group was significantly greater than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The APACHE-II score of patients in the HXJN group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).The increase in PAB of patients in the HXJN group was significantly greater than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Seven days after treatment,the PAB index levels of the two groups of patients were significantly higher than before treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).After 7 days of treatment,comparing the efficacy of TCM symptoms between the two groups,the overall effective rate of the HXJN group was significantly greater than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Huaxian capsules can effectively reduce the AST,ALT,TBIL index levels of patients with sepsis liver injury(qi deficiency and blood stasis type),while increasing the PAB index level and improving liver function.2.Huaxian Capsule can effectively reduce PCT and CRP levels in patients with sepsis liver injury(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).3.Huaxian Capsule can effectively reduce the APACHE-II score and SOFA score of patients with sepsis liver injury(qi deficiency and blood stasis type),improve the patient's condition and improve clinical efficacy.4.Huaxian Capsule can effectively reduce TCM syndrome scores of patients with sepsis and liver injury(qi deficiency and blood stasis type),and improve patients' TCM symptoms.
