| Erectile dysfunction is a common sexual dysfunction disorder in men,which seriously affects the stability of feelings of both partners as well as the physical and mental health of men.This disease belongs to the category of ""impotence disease"" in traditional Chinese medicine,which considers the causative disease mechanism to be mainly kidney deficiency,taking into account his evidence,and the clinical treatment is also mostly based on replenishing kidney Zhuang Yang,but the efficacy is suboptimal.Prof.Haisong Li suggested that the etiology of ED is based on blood stasis as the core disease mechanism,and the treatment should be based on invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis and Tongluo Xing Yang,to propose the theory of ""penile stroke"" and to create a invigorating blood Tongluo decoction as the basis for the treatment of all types of ED with satisfactory clinical efficacy.Therefore,this study firstly conducted by collecting the TCM prescriptions collated by the mentors to treat ed and analyzing them inductively through data mining techniques,drawing the medication laws of the mentors to treat ed,verifying the wide use of "" invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis "" in clinical practice,and finally further exploring the clinical efficacy of"invigorating blood Tongluo Decoction "",which focuses on invigorating blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis,on ED treatment and observing its association with simple blood stasis and kidney deficiency type edThe advantages and disadvantages of supplementing kidney method in the treatment of ED in terms of erectile function,primary as well as secondary disorders of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Study Ⅰ:Data Mining Based Analysis of the medication regularity of Prof.Haisong Li for the treatment of erectile dysfunctionObjectives:to analyze the medication experience and pattern of Prof.Haisong Li treating ED based on the software of assisted system of traditional Chinese medicine transmission.Methods:Prescriptions for outpatients in the andrology department between June 2019 and December 2019 were screened for those who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and a total of 229 prescriptions were screened.And the above-mentioned screened and eligible 229 prescriptions were entered into TCM transmission assist system(v2.5)software.After entry was completed,two persons were responsible for the review of the data to ensure the accuracy of the data.The "" formula analysis " function from the "," data analysis ",template in the software of TCM transmission assisted system(v2.5)and the " formula analysis" function from the " statistical statement " template were used to analyze the rules of medication among them.Results:A total of 110 Chinese medicines(TCM)were included in the 229 Decoction,Syndrome distribution study on ED revealed that among them,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome appeared the most frequently,followed by liver depression syndrome.There were 22 herbs that were used more than 50 times frequently.The six herbs that were used most frequently were leech,centipede,chuanniu knee,Euphorbia,tulip gold,and green skin,respectively.Four gas statistical analysis found the highest percentage of warmth,and five statistical analysis found that Xin,Gan,and kupfu flavor accounted forThe highest proportion of liver,spleen,and kidney was found after normalizing statistics.According to association rule analysis,the leech centipede drug pair appeared most frequently.Conclusion:In the treatment of ED,Prof.Haisong Li emphasized the vital status of ""blood stasis" in the occurrence and development of this disease,using invigorating blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis and removing blood vessels as the treatment of the big method,taking he’s evidence into consideration,supplemented with the methods of invigorating the kidney,eliminating dampness,and draining the liver.Study Ⅱ:clinical efficacy of Huoxuetongluo Decoction for the treatment of blood stasis kidney deficiency type EDObjectives:To observe the differences in the clinical efficacy of Huoxuetongluo Decoction,which is based on invigorating blood flow through collaterals,compared with Fufang huanfoal capsules,which is based on Bushen Yang,in the treatment of blood stasis kidney deficiency type ed.Methods:This study was designed to enroll 66 patients using a randomized controlled protocol in which 33 patients in the test group and 33 patients in the control group were given Fufang xuanfoal capsules oral and the test group were given Huoxuetongluo Decoction granules oral for the entire observation period of 28 days,all patients in each group signed informed consent prior to enrollment,and the erectile function index score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome were evaluated before and after enrollmentTable scoring,SDS score determination,related data were analyzed by using SPSS26.0.Results:A total of 66 patients were included in this study with 3 shedding cases,and finally 31 valid cases in the test group and 32 in the control group.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of disease duration,age,IIEF-5 score,TCM syndrome score as well as depression score,and the baseline was comparable.After treatment,in terms of erectile function,the overall response rate of the test group was 77.42%,including 9 cured patients,6 showed efficacy,9 effective and 7 ineffective patients,and 59.36%in the control group,of which 2 cured,5 showed efficacy,12 effective and 13 ineffective patients,respectively,and the test group was significantly better than the control group in terms of IIEF-5 score improvement.The improvement in the test group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01)in terms of the TCM major symptoms as well as the SDS score,and for the TCM minor symptoms,the test group was better than the control group(P<0.05)in terms of chest flank tingling,less abdominal and restraint pain,and aching and aching of the low back and knees,but not in terms of the TCM minor symptom scores,such as perineal discomfort,scrotal tightness and swelling,chills and cold limbs,and astheniaStatistical differences(P>0.05).No patients in either group experienced significant adverse effects.Conclusion:The invigorating blood Tongluo Decoction can significantly improve erectile function as well as systemic symptoms in ED patients with blood stasis and kidney deficiency type,mainly in terms of IIEF-5 score,TCM Major score,some TCM minor score,and depression related SDS score.This study demonstrated that the clinical efficacy of Huoxuetongluo Decoction in treating blood stasis renal deficiency type ED is superior to that of Fufang xuanfoal capsules,and validated from a clinical point of view that the erectile function and systemic symptom improvement of blood stasis renal deficiency type ED is superior to that of the general tonic kidney method. |
