Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Huaxian Capsule 3 In Sepsis Acute Kidkey Injury(stasis Resistance Type)

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Huaxian capsule 3 treating sepsis acute kidney injury(stasis resistance type),so as to provide an objective for the clinical treatment by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods: 64 patients were randomly divided into two groups:a treatment group(Huaxian capsule 3)and a control group(routine treatment),with 32 cases in each group.And according to the 2018 guidelines for emergency treatment of sepsis/septic shock and acute kidney injury clinical practice guidelines,both groups of patients are routinely given Western comprehensive treatment.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Huaxian capsule 3 plus Western medicine,while the control group was treated with warm water plus Western medicine for 7 days.Record GFR,BUN,Cys C,APACHE-?scores,SOFA scores and TCM symptom scores before and after treatment.Statistical analysis of the recovery and overall efficacy of Huaxian Capsule 3 on sepsis AKI(stasis resistance type),and calculate and compare the ICU hospital stay of patients.Results:1.Compared with the pre-treatment group,the BUN,Cys C scores of the two groups were significantly lower,but the GFR increased significantly(P<0.01).Compared with the two groups after treatment,the GFR and BUN of the treatment group were significantly different from the control group(P<0.01).The Cys C in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.Compared with the pre-treatment group,the APACHE-? scores,SOFA scores and TCM symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower(P<0.01).Compared with the two groups after treatment,the APACHE-? scores,SOFA scores and TCM symptom scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group.(P<0.01).3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 76.67%,and thetotal effective rate of the control group was 60.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After the two groups were treated,the treatment group had shorter hospital stays in the ICU than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Huaxian capsule 3 can significantly improve the renal function of patients with sepsis acute kidney injury(stasis resistance type).2.The addition of Huaxian capsule 3 can improve the APACHE-?scores and SOFA scores in patients with sepsis acute kidney injury(stasis resistance type),and the overall efficacy is better than the pure routine treatment.3.Huaxian Capsule 3 can shorten the ICU hospital stay in patients with sepsis acute kidney injury(stasis resistance type).
