To Study The Clinical Efficacy Of Xuebijing Injection In The Treatment Of Sepsis (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of sepsis (Qi deficiency and blood stasis type)Methods:From January 2013 to August 2014,64 patients with sepsis in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 32 cases. The control group was treated with routine treatment such as anti infection, fluid infusion, nutrition support and symptomatic treatment, the treatment group used Xuebijing On the basis of conventional treatment. Two groups of patients before treatment and seventh days after treatment record respectively temperature (T), white blood cells (WBC), C reactive protein (CRP), interleukin (IL-8), PCT and APACHE II score.Results:1.Two groups of the subjects for 7 days after treatment compared with before treatment, the body temperature, white blood cell level were significantly decreased,and the treatment group decreased degree was similar to the control group (P>0.05), indicating that the two groups of drugs in sepsis therapy are effective, but the treatment effect of body temperature and white blood cells is no difference.2.Two groups of the subjects for 7 days after treatment compared with before treatment,the serum levels of IL-8, CRP were significantly decreased, but the treatment group decreased to be greater than that of the control group decreased (P<0.05), with differences, indicating that the efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group of the curative effect.3.Two groups of subjects compared with before treatment,7 days after treatment of the APACHE II score and the levels of PCT were significantly decreased, but the treatment group decreased to be greater than that of the control group decreased (P<0.01), with significant differences, indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group treatment effect.Conclusions:1.Modern medicine conventional therapy plus Xuebijing can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with sepsis (Qi deficiency and blood stasis type), improve the clinical curative effect.2. Xuebijing injection combined with conventional therapy of modern medicine can effectively regulate the physiological state in the patients with sepsis (Qi deficiency and blood stasis type) and urge the immune system function tends to be stable, to avoid further deterioration and improve the prognosis.3.
