The Observation Of Clinical Effects Ofhuaxian Capsule ? On Sepsis With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Sysdrome

Objective:Observe the clinical effects of the huaxian ? capsule on the sepsis with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Oprovide more clinical means and effection for the treatment of sepsis with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:There were 66 patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome randomly divided into two groups:one was control group and the other was treatment group.The control group was given routine treatment;The treatment group was added with huaxian capsules on the basis of the treatment of the control group ?.After 7 days of treatment,we compared patients' indexes whose were in the two groups.The indexes included PCT,WBC,C3,CRP,PLT,coagulation function,APACHE II score,SOFA score,TCM syndrome score and so on.In order to explore the clinical curative effect of huaxian capsules ?.Results:1.After treatment,we compared treatment group with the control group,there were significant differences in the APACHE score and SOFA score,and he APACHE score and SOFA score of the patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).2.After the treatment of the two groups,the treatment group was significantly lower than the other group in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0,05),with statistical significance.Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group with huaxian capsule ? was higher than that of the control group.3.After treatment,when the treatment group was mpared with the control group,it showed that PCT,C3,CRP,PLT and coagulation function index in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The huaxian capsule II can reduce the APACHE ?score and SOFA score of patients with sepsis,and it can improve the prognosis of sepsis.2.Huaxian capsule ? can improve the symptoms of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in patients with traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,reduce TCM syndrome points,from the point of view of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and prognosis of sepsis.3.Huaxian capsule ? can reduce the levels of PCT,CRP and PLT in patients with sepsis,improve the level of complement C3 and improve the coagulation function of patients with sepsis.
