| Objective:Through the application of Huaxian capsule to treat blood stasis toxin resistance type sepsis, to observe the clinical curative effect and coagulation function changes, analysis of effect of Huaxian capsule on blood stasis toxin resistance type sepsis blood coagulation function, for the clinical treatment of blood stasis and toxin resistance type sepsis and to explore new ideas.Methods:With septic coagulation disorders (stasis resistance type) patients 64 cases were randomly divided into control group of 32 cases and 32 cases in the treatment group. In age, gender and other general information on two groups of patients had no significant difference, the treatment group given routine western medicine plus Huaxian capsule treatment and in control group were treated with conventional heating water treatment and analysis were compared between the two groups before and after treatment in patients with APACHE Ⅱ and SOFA score, platelet, blood coagulation, D-dimer changes in body, TCM syndrome integral.Results:1.Treatment group compared with the control group APACHE Ⅱ score, SOFA score, TCM syndrome score was significantly different (P< 0.05), the treatment group than the control group.2.Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group.3.The patient’s blood coagulation, D-dimer were improved, the treatment group and the control group, the difference has statistical significance (P< 0.05), the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.Huaxian capsule in the treatment of stasis resistance type sepsis good safety.Conclusion:1.Huaxian capsule can improve blood stasis resistance type sepsis APACHE Ⅱ score, SOFA score.2.Huaxian capsule can improve the coagulation function of patients with stasis resistance type of sepsis.3.Huaxian capsule can improve the syndrome of stasis resistance type of sepsis, reduce the scores of TCM syndrome. |
