| Objective:To explore the mechanism of Taiyin diabetes mellitus combined with nonalcoholic fatty liver based on the theory of Sasang medicine,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in medical observation of Chaoyi Qingfei Xiegan decoction on Taiyin patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,effects were analyzed and compared between the two groups of blood glucose,fasting insulin,blood lipids,adiponectin,liver function and B grade,to evaluate the efficency and safety of Qingfei Xiegan decoction objectively,to provide sufficient theoretical basis and effective clinical protocols for patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in the Chaoyi medical treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:The time zone is limited to June to December,2017.The location is Yanji TCM Hospital,Sixty-two patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and non-alcoholic fatty liver were diagnosed in the endocrinology department of the Chinese medicine hospital of Yanji from June to December 2017.Were randomly divided into observation group of 31 cases and control group of 31 cases,All were basically treated for 2 weeks,The control group was treated with metformin and polyene phosphatidyl choline,and the observation group was treated on the basis of the treatment of the control group with Qingfei Xiegan decoction,after 4 weeks,comparing two groups of clinical curative effect and detecting the levels of two groups before and after treatment,the fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 HPG),fasting insulin(Fins),homeostasismodel assessment-Insulin resistance index(Homa-IR),Four Blood lipids,Alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),adiponectin(APN),liver B ultrasound and other indicators,etc.Results:The basic data,influencing factors,biochemical indexes and TCM symptom scores of the first two groups of T2DM with NAFLD were compared(p>0.05),and after 4 weeks after taking the decoction and Western medicine,the difference in the group was statistically significant(p<0.05),The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly stronger than that in the control group;the liver function and B-mode of liver of the two groups were improved,the observation group and the control group were statistically significant(p<0.05),and the observation group had better effect than the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Chaoyi Qingfei Xiegan decoction can effectively improve blood sugar,fasting insulin,blood lipid,liver function,adiponectin and liver B-ultrasound morphology in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver,improve patients' quality of life and relieve anxiety The psychological state,the adverse reaction did not occur in the clinical trials.. |
