Experimental Study On The Effect Of "Qingfei Xiegan Decoction" On Insulin Resistance Model Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective:To treatment Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Insulin Resistant Mice by Gavage of Qingfei Xiegan Decoction,the final determination of mice weight,fasting blood glucose,triglycerides,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,insulin resistance index changes.The above results were used to investigate the effects of Qingfei Xiegan Decoction on type 2 diabetic mellitus insulin resistance mice.Methods:Feeding 60 mice of common feed for 21 days,10 mice were randomly selected as the normal group,the remaining 50 were given high-fat,high-sugar feeds,and induce T2DM by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin,after successful modeling,they were randomly divided into high,middle,and low dose groups of Qingfei Xiegan Decoction,Xiaoke Pill group,and diabetic model group with 10 rats in each group.Each group was given a corresponding drug treatment for 28 consecutive days.The mice were collected and observed for body weight,fasting blood glucose,triglycerides,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and insulin levels.Results:The mouse that fed high fat diet gained weight obviously,and weight loss was obvious after modeling,but not obviously after treatment.Compared with the diabetic model group,the Qingfei group was able to reduce fasting blood glucose,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the diabetic model group,clear lung group can reduce the insulin resistance index,which was statistically significance(P<0.05);compared with the diabetic model group,the Qingfei group was able to lower triglyceride,with statistical significance(P<0.05);compared with the diabetic model group,the Qingfei group was able to lower the LDL,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After research and analysis,it was found that Qingfei Xiegan Decoction has the effects of lowering blood sugar and lowering blood lipids,as well as improving the insulin resistance index and relieving insulin resistance.Qingfei and Xiaoke Pills had similar effects on lowering blood glucose,blood fat,and insulin resistance,indicating that Qingfei Xiegan Decoction had certain effects on lowering blood glucose and blood lipid in mice with type 2 diabetes induced by streptozotocin.And it can effectively improve insulin resistance.
