Clinical Observation Of Xiegan Heying Decoction In The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus With Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease With Damp-heat Stasis Obstruction

Objective:Through clinical observation of the changes of TCM syndrome single and total score,glycolipid metabolism,liver transaminase,body mass index,insulin resistance index and liver transaminase in patients with xiegan heying decoction in the treatment of dampness-heat-blood stasis of type 2 diabetes mellitus and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,and statistical analysis,this paper provides a safe and effective treatment for the clinical treatment of type2 diabetes mellitus combined with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods:Divide the 74 patients from the outpatient clinic of the Department of Endocrinology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine who met the research standards into treatment group and control group according to the principle of randomized control,with 37 cases in each group.3 cases were dropped during treatment(including 2 cases in the treatment group and 1 case in the control group).The control group was given metformin hydrochloride tablets on this basis,and the treatment group was given xiegan heying decoction on the basis of the control group for a total of3 months,and meanwhile observe and recorde the changes in TCM syndrome single and total score,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglycerides,LDL cholesterol,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,γ-glutamyltransferase,body mass index,insulin resistance index and ultrasonic grading of fatty liver in patients before and after treatment.Result:1.The treatment group improved the symptoms of abdominal distention,gloomy complexion,fatigue of limbs,excessive food and hunger,heavy head and body,unpleasant stool,and chest and flank tingling in the treatment group(P<0.05);2.The total score of TCM syndrome reduction in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The efficacy of medical symptoms in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(80% in the treatment group and 31.6% in the control group,P<0.05);3.The efficacy of reducing fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);4.The efficacy of reducing serum total cholesterol,triglycerides and LDL cholesterol in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);5.The efficacy of reducing serum alanine aminotransferase,glutamate aminotransferase and γ-glutamyl transferase in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);6.The efficacy of improving body mass index in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);7.The efficacy of improving the insulin resistance index in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);8.The efficacy of improving the ultrasound grading of fatty liver in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);9.82.9% in the treatment group and 72.3% in the control group,and the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Xiegan heying decoction can improve the symptoms of TCM in patients with dampness-heat-blood stasis of T2 DM combined with NAFLD;2.Xiegan heying decoction can improve fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin in patients with dampness-heat-blood stasis of T2 DM combined with NAFLD.3.Xiegan heying decoction can improve serum total cholesterol,triglycerides and LDL cholesterol in patients with dampness-heat-blood stasis of T2 DM combined with NAFLD.4.Xiegan heying decoction can improve serum alanine aminotransferase,glutamate aminotransferase and γ-glutamyl transferase in patients with dampness-heat-blood stasis of T2 DM combined with NAFLD.5.Xiegan heying decoction can improve body mass index and the insulin resistance index in patients with dampness-heat-blood stasis of T2 DM combined with NAFLD.6.Xiegan heying decoction can improve the ultrasound grading of fatty liver in patients with dampness-heat-blood stasis of T2 DM combined with NAFLD.
