Effect Of Qingfei Xiegan Decoction On Adiponectin In Insulin Resistance Rats Induced By High Lipid And High Glucose

Objective:To analyze the effect of Qingfei Xiegan Decoction on adiponectin in insulin resistance rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus with Qingfei Xiegan Decoction.Method:Sixty clean SD rats were divided into normal group,model group,control group and observation group(10 rats in low dose group,10 rats in middle dose group and 10 rats in high dose group)and model group,control group and observation group.Rats in model group were fed with high fat and sugar diet.Rats in control group were observed with rosiglitazone.The rats in group A were treated with Qingfei Xiegan Decoction.The blood sugar,blood lipid,insulin resistance index and adiponectin were compared between the two groups.At the same time,the changes of body weight and serum insulin levels before and after administration were counted.Result:1.After treatment,the body weight of the model group showed a downward trend;FBG(fasting blood sugar),TC(cholesterol),TG(triglyceride)were significantly lower than those of the model group.At the same time,the insulin resistance index of the observation group rats decreased with the increase of the dosage,showing statistical significance(P<0.05).2.By observing the free fatty acid(FFA)index before and after administration of six groups of rats,the observation group was significantly lower than the model group(P<0.05);the serum adiponectin level of the observation group showed an upward trend with the increase of dosage,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Qingfei Xiegan Decoction can effectively improve the blood sugar and lipid levels of insulin resistance rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and can improve the insulin sensitivity index and adiponectin level of rats after administration observation,reduce free fatty acid(FFA),and can better improve insulin resistance.2.Chaoyao Qingfei Xiegan Decoction has been approved not only in clinical practice,but also in experimental observation,which can improve insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes mellitus by targeting adipokines.
