acid enalaprilat&metformin combined therapy the diabetic&vertigo,observed before and after treatment using two groups of drug patients with vertigo syndrome curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,blood pressure,fasting blood sugar,2 h postprandial.blood glucose level,glycosylated hemoglobin,and the change of blood lipid levels in the body.To explore the efficacy and safety of the qingfei xiegan decoction prescription in treating the diabetic&vertigo;to provide more reliable evidence for treating diabetic&vertigo with qingfei xiegan decoction.Research methods:1.Experimental research methods:A total of 60 rats were divided into normal group,model group,positive control group metformin,Qingfei Xiegan decoction low dose group,Qingfei Xiegan decoction medium dose group,Qingfei Xiegan decoction high dose group.The normal group and model group were given routine diet water equivalent.Qingfei Xiegan decoction low dose group each dose within 1.4g/kg,Qingfei Xiegan decoction medium dose group each dose within 5.7g/kg,Qingfei Xiegan decoction high dose group each dose within 11g/kg,Metformin group was given at a dose of metformin each time within 114mg/kg.Continuous intragastric administration for 1 months.2.Clinical research methods:60 cases of diabetic&vertigo combined by both the education and the same diet for diet control,contains rich fasting blood glucose levels were lowered;And Qingfei Xiegan decoction high dose group had lower blood fasting blood glucose levels than others group;There was statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05).(2)After 4 weeks,Metformin group,Qingfei Xiegan Decoction low dose group,Qingfei Xiegan decoction medium dose group,Qingfei Xiegan decoction high dose group compared with the normal group and model group serum TG,TC,LDL-C decreased significantly,HDL-C increased significantly;Qingfei Xiegan decoction medium dose group and Qingfei Xiegan decoction high dose group TG decreased more than positive control group metformin(P<0.05);To reduce TC,increase HDL-C,Qingfei Xiegan decoction groups and Metformin group compared with no significant difference(P>0.05);Qingfei Xiegan decoction medium dose group can better reduce the LDL-C,its curative effcet is better than metformin group(P<0.05).2.Results of clinical studies:(1)Two groups of the type 2 diabetic&vertigo patients before and after medication within the syndromes comparison in the group is difference(P<0.05),two groups of patients with the medicine of TCM syndrome score was also has the difference between groups(P<0.05),statistically significant.In the two groups after treatment the type 2 diabetic&vertigo patients compared with syndrome of TCM syndrome,observation group of 30 cases 18 cases were markedly effective,effective 9 cases,3 had no effect,the total effective rate was 90%;Control group of 30 cases 10 cases had marked effect,14 cases effective,6 no effect,the total effective rate was 80%,Statistically difference(P<0.05).(2)Two groups of the type 2 diabetic&vertigo patients after 2 weeks of fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin before and treatment of comparison in the group were statistically significant(P<0.05),after 2 weeks of fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin of the comparison between the two groups have no statistical significance(P>0.05);Two groups of the type 2 diabetic&vertigo patients after 4 weeks of fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin before and treatment compared with statistical difference(P<0.05),4 weeks after treatment the fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the two groups compared with no statistical difference(P>0.05).(3)After the medication two groups of the systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure of patients with the type 2 diabetic&vertigo is statistically difference comparison in the group(P<0.05);After the medication observation group of patients with systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and the treatment group of systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure was not statistically difference between groups(P>0.05).(4)Two groups of diabetic&vertigo patients after the medicine their TC,TG,LDL was significantly decreased,the HDL was obviously higher;the two groups of patients before and after medication of TC,TG,HDL,LDL was statistically difference(P<0.05),two groups of patients with the medicine of TC,TG,HDL,LDL is compared between groups have no statistical difference(P>0.05).(5)The observation group of 30 cases of diabetic&vertigo patients after treatment of 8 cases were markedly effective,effective 18 cases,4 cases were ine:ffective,the total effective rate was 86.67%;Control group 30 cases of diabetic&vertigo patients 6 cases had marked effect,17 cases effective,7 had no effect,the total effective rate was 76.67%;The comparison of two groups of patients with comprehensive curative effect was statistically difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:After experimental and clinical observation research is Qingfei Xiegan Decoction treatment the diabetic&vertigo,can effectively reduce the taiyin people thirsting disorder with vertigo patients blood sugar and blood pressure levels,improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,regulate lipid metabolism,reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and microcirculation risk events.60 cases of diabetic&vertigo patients before and after medication liver function,blood routine,renal function,routine urine there were no obvious changes,shows that application of the prescriptions Qingfei Xiegan Decoction treatment the diabetic&vertigo with
