Objective:To explore the superiority of Chao-yi-fang Qingfei Xiegan Decoction in intervening impaired glucose regulation was discussed.Through clinical observation and experimental study,which provided practical and effective theoretical basis for clinical practice.1 Clinical observationMethods:The patients with impaired glucose regulation who had been identified as Taiyin constitution according to the Four-Image constitution of Chao medicine were randomly divided into metformin western medicine group,Chao medicine prescription Qingfei Xiegan decoction treatment group,metformin western medicine group taking metformin tablets,single dosage of 0.25 g;Chao medicine prescription Qingfei Xiegan decoction treatment group taking Chao medicine prescription Qingfei Xiegan Decoction 200 ml.The blood biochemical indicators required by the Institute were determined,including fasting blood glucose(FPG),two-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)and blood lipid.Results:After treatment,there were significant differences in FPG,2hPG,HbAlc and blood lipids between the two groups(P<0.05);the effect of metformin in reducing FPG was better than that of Chaoyi Fang Qingfei Xiegan Decoction(P>0.05);there were significant differences in reducing 2hPG,HbAlc and regulating blood lipids(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through clearing the Fu organs and reducing turbidity,Chao-yi prescription Qingfei Xiegan Decoction has played an effective role in reducing FPG,2hPG,HbAlc and regulating blood lipids,thus improving blood glucose and lipid levels in clinical patients with Taiyin constitution.2 Experimental studyMethods:Sixty-five healthy,clean Wistar male rats aged 3-6 weeks were randomly divided into normal group,model group,metformin group,low-dose Qingfei Xiegan Decoction group,middle-dose Qingfei Xiegan Decoction group and high-dose Qingfei Xiegan Decoction group.The indicators included FPG,2hPG and blood lipid.According to the requirement of this experiment,if FPG is in the level of 6.1-7.0 mmol/L and 2hPG is in the level of 7.8-11.1 mmol/L,it can be regarded as a successful model.After the successful establishment of the model,the normal group and the model group were fed with distilled water of equal volume,and the amount of distilled water needed was calculated according to the weight of the rats;the metformin group was fed metformin tablets according to 200 mg/kg after the individual weight of the rats;the low-dose group was fed with Qingfei Xiegan Tang according to 1.26 g/kg;and the Qingfei Xiegan Tang was fed with Qingfei Xiegan Tang.The middle dose group was fed with Qingfei Xiegan Decoction according to 5.04 g/kg specifications,while the high dose group was fed with Qingfei Xiegan Decoction according to 10.08 g/kg specifications.Results:Compared before and after treatment,there was statistical significance in reducing FPG in the four treatment groups(P<0.05);there was no statistical significance in the low-dose group of Qingfei Xiegan Decoction(P>0.05),while there was statistical significance in the other three groups(P<0.05);there was statistical significance in reducing TG,TC and LDL in the four treatment groups(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the low dose group of Qingfei Xiegan Decoction(P>0.05),but there was statistical significance in the other three groups(P<0.05).After treatment,FPG and 2hPG were reduced,and there was statistical significance between model group and four treatment groups(P<0.05);there was no statistical significance between metformin western medicine group and low-dose group and medium-dose group of Qingfei Xiegan Decoction(P>0.05);there was statistical significance between high-dose group and three-dose group(P<0.05);Compared with the Xiegan Decoction group,there was no significant difference between the low-dose group and the medium-dose group(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the low-dose group and the high-dose group,the middle-dose group and the high-dose group(P<0.05).There were significant differences between model group and four treatment groups in improving blood lipids(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in reducing TG metformin western medicine group and middle dose group of Chaoyi prescription(P>0.05);there was significant difference with other two doses of Chaoyi prescription Qingfei Xiegan Decoction group(P<0.05);and there was a unified comparison between each dose group of Chaoyi prescription(P<0.05).The significance of accounting(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the low-dose group and the medium-dose group(P>0.05),while there was significant difference between the metformin group and the high-dose group(P<0.05).Compared with the high-dose group and the middle-dose group,the low-dose group of Qingfei Xiegan Decoction had statistical significance(P<0.05);while the high-dose group had statistical significance(P<0.05);the high-dose group had no statistical significance(P>0.05);the high-dose group had statistical significance(P<0.05);the high-dose group had statistical significance(P<0.05);the high-dose group had no statistical significance(P<0.05);There was statistical significance between dose groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingfei Xiegan Decoction has played an important role in lowering blood sugar and lipid,lowering blood sugar level and improving blood lipid concentration in Wistar male rats.
