The Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Yangxuerunzao Decoction Treatment Of Blood Deficiency And Wind Dryness

Objective:The purpose of the search is to observe the clinical efficacy of"YangXueRunZao"decoction in treating"blood deficiency with wind dryness"chronic eczema.Method:80 patients with eczema of blood deficiency and wind dryness were selected.According to the random number,40 cases were divided into 40 cases,the decoction of Chinese medicine "YangXueRunZao" was given oral treatment,and vitamin E milk was used locally;40 cases in the control group were treated with Runzao Zhi Yang capsule(produced by Guizhou Tongji Tang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,Z20025030,specification:0.5g),and local external use of vitamin E milk.The two groups were compared and analyzed according to the therapeutic evaluation indicators.2 weeks were 1 courses of treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment,the curative effect was evaluated.Results:1.A total of 80 patients with blood deficiency and wind dryness type eczema,after clinical observation,the total effective rate of"YangXueRunZao"was 92.30%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 78.90%,with statistical significance.2.two groups of patients after 2 courses of treatment,“YangXueRunZao”Decoction group and Runzao Zhi Yang capsule group were improved,the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.3.In the aspects of EASI score,pruritus score,skin lesion area score and symptom score,the group of "YangXueRunZao"Decoction and Runzao Zhi Yang capsule group were tested statistically.The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference of the two groups had statistical significance.Conclusion:1."YangXueRunZao" decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and signs Of eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness type).2.“”YangXueRunZao"decoction is an effective prescription for the treatment of"blood deficiency with wind dryness"chronic eczema.
