Clinical Observation Of THA Of Renshenyangrong Decoction On Senile Femoral Neck Fracture After The Hidden Blood Loss

Objective: To observe the effect of THA of Renshenyangrong Decoction on senile femoral neck fracture after the hidden blood loss,analysis of Renshenyangrong Decoction on clinical efficacy and safety of THA postoperative hidden blood loss,to provide effective clinical guidance for TCM treatment of blood loss after THA.Methods: By collecting 60 cases of THA patients with femoral neck fracture treated from June 2016 to January 2018 of the Affiliated Ruikang Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine,the patients were divided into two groups according to the random digital table method:the observation group underwent THA surgery,postoperative oral Renshenyangrong decoction,the control group only underwent THA,30 cases in each.Patients with preoperative measurement of height and weight,HB,HCT,RBC,blood coagulation function;statistical postoperative drainage of dominant blood loss;after 1 days,3 days,7 days after HB,HCT,RBC patients and calculate the hidden blood loss and blood transfusion were recorded each patient;intraoperative and postoperative blood transfusion;calculation of patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome score,TCM efficacy record.The relevant data were calculated according to the Gross equation,and all the data were compared and analyzed by the SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results: There was no significant difference in gender,age,weight,preoperative HB,HCT,RBC,total score of TCM symptoms and fracture types between the two groups(P > 0.05).The levels of HB,HCT and RBC inthe two groups were decreased at 1-7 days after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Two groups of patients after 1-3 days of HB,HCT,RBC comparison,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),after seventh days of HB,HCT,RBC levels of observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating the clinical treatment of THA patients of Renshenyangrong Decoction in aged patients with femoral neck fracture after bleeding,patients can promote hematopoietic function,make the body of HB,HCT,RBC content increased;the two groups of patients after 1-3 days of hidden blood loss comparison,no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),after seventh days of hidden blood loss observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),taking ginseng tonic decoction can reduce postoperative patients with occult blood loss.Comparison of TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome curative effect in two groups before and after treatment,the observation group were better than the control group,showed that Renshenyangrong decoction can improve postoperative symptoms of deficiency of Qi and blood,promote the postoperative recovery of patients.During the study period,there was no obvious abnormality in the breath,heart rate,blood pressure,liver and kidney function of the two groups before and after treatment.There was no adverse drug reaction and postoperative complications.Conclusion: Renshenyangrong decoction can reduce the femoral neck fractures in the elderly patients with latent THA postoperative blood loss,and can improve the postoperative symptoms of deficiency of Qi and blood.
