Cryotherapy And Compression System Combined With Bazhen Decoction On Postoperation Of TKA Hidden Blood Loss

Objective: Under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory,to observe the combination of cryotherapy and compression system of Bazhen decoction used in total knee arthroplasty(Total Knee Arthroplasty,TKA)influence postoperative hidden blood loss.Compared before and after the operation of hemoglobin(HB),hematocrit(HCT),and to observe the amount of intraoperative bleeding,postoperative drainage volume 48 h and localswelling,hidden blood loss was calculated and the total blood loss of Bazhen decoction combined with pressurized cooling system to reduce after total knee arthroplasty is a hidden blood loss positive significance,so as to guide the clinical treatment.Methods: Using randomized controlled methods,from November 2015 to February 2018 in Guangxi traditional Chinese medicine university affiliated Ruikang Hospital Department of orthopedics in hospital and met the inclusion criteria of 60 cases.According to the order of admission were numbered,according to the random number table,the patients were randomly divided into A(after the use of pressurized cold system combined with Bazhen decoction group(B),postoperative use only cryotherapy and compression system,without the use of Bazhen decoction group(C),cryotherapy and compression system is not used after operation and eight Zhentangjia reduction group)the three group,20 cases in each group,three groups with the same routine postoperative symptomatic treatment measures.The changes of hemoglobin(HB),hematocrit(HCT),limb local swelling and postoperative 48 h volume in three groups of patients before and after first,third,seventh days were observed and recorded.The hidden blood loss and total blood loss after operation in three groups were calculated and compared.All data were selected by SPSS 17 software for statistical analysis.Results: 1.There was no significant difference in erythrocyte specific volume,hemoglobin,local swelling and intraoperative blood loss between the three groups(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of three groups of patients erythrocyte volume and hemoglobin showed first decreased and then increased.The difference of comparison results was statistically significant.It showed that the A and B groups have differences,there are differences between the A group and C group(P < 0.05);there was no significant difference between group B and C(P > 0.05).3.The swelling degree of the three groups showed a decreasing trend.The difference was statistically significant.The results showed that there were differences between group A and group B,and there were differences between group A and C.There were differences between group B and C(P < 0.05).4.There was a significant difference in the total volume of blood loss,total blood loss and hidden blood loss between the three groups.The results showed that there were differences between group A and group B,and there were differences between group A and C,and there were differences between group B and C(P < 0.05).Conclusion: After TKA,take cryotherapy and compression system can alleviate limb swelling,reduce postoperative drainage,total blood loss and hidden blood loss,on the basis of combination of Bazhen decoction can also relieve the hematocrit and hemoglobin in patients with decreased speed,reduce the amount of bleeding of patients after surgery,improve the anemia status of patients.This helps patients improve knee function recovery of knee joint activity.
