Research On The Development Of Fishery Finance In Zhoushan

At present,commercial bank loans are still the main financing options for agricultural enterprises in China.However,agricultural processing enterprises have been facing financing problems in the process of development.Financing difficulties,loan difficulties,credit rating problems have become one of the major factors that seriously restrict the development of agriculture in China.The development pattern of fishery finance in Zhoushan has taken shape initially and is facing severe market situation.How can financial institutions and fishery enterprises in Zhoushan effectively cope with many problems in industrial financing and how to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure by means of financial policies are of great importance to the sustainable development of fishery finance in Zhoushan City.Significance.Based on the relevant theory of fishery finance,the main problems of the development of fishery finance in Zhoushan are as follows: insufficient financial resources,imbalance of financing structure,single level of financial market,decentralization of financial institutions,inactive financial innovation,and imperfect supporting facilities for financial development.In view of the above problems,the paper puts forward policy suggestions and supporting measures to promote the sound development of Zhoushan Fishery finance,mainly including building a perfect and multi-level financial market system,improving market capacity,strengthening the combination of financial policy and industrial policy,promoting the adjustment of industrial structure,and actively introducing industrial investment funds.We should give full play to the role of policy-based finance,optimize the financial ecological environment,provide strong guarantee for industrial restructuring,and establish and improve the corresponding supply chain financial service system.Fishery finance belongs to the category of rural finance research.Scholars generally study rural finance from the perspective of large agriculture as a whole.There are relatively few articles on fishery finance alone.This paper attempts to break rural finance into zero and adopt various breakthrough methods according to the philosophical principle of concrete analysis of specific problems.This paper will select the fishery industry with high risk in large agriculture,and make a systematic study of the fishery financial service system according to the characteristics of fishery itself.It is expected that the study of the financial system in the fields of agriculture,forestry and animal husbandry will play an important role.
