Research On The Development Path Of Green Fisheries In Zhoushan City

The 21 st century is the century of the ocean.As an important part of the marine economy,marine fishery has received more and more attention and attention.As the largest fishing ground in China,Zhoushan Fishing Ground has a superior geographical location,rich fishery resources,and a long history of fishery industry development.In 2018,the total output value of Zhoushan’s fishery economy reached 24.85 billion yuan,accounting for 18.9% of GDP.However,in recent years,marine fishery resources have generally shown a declining trend.Overfishing,marine environmental pollution,and backward production technologies have restricted the further development of marine fisheries.Exploring new paths for fishery development has become a top priority for the development of marine fisheries in Zhoushan.With the rising of the concept of green development,the green development of fisheries has become an important way to explore the transformation and upgrading of fisheries and promote the sustainable development of marine fisheries.In 2017,Zhoushan City was approved as the first national green fishery experiment base,which marks the development of Zhoushan fishery to a new height of green development.Based on the concept of green fishery development,this paper explores the development path of green fishery in Zhoushan City.First,the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats of Zhoushan’s green fishery development in order to clarify the overall status and strategic orientation of Zhoushan’s green fishery development.Secondly,through the investigation and construction of the model,the analytic hierarchy process was used to analyze the influencing factors of the development of green fishery in Zhoushan City,to clarify the main factors influencing the development of green fishery in Zhoushan City,and to draw on the advanced experience of fishery development at home and abroad.Finally,from the four main dimensions of optimizing the industrial structure,carrying out marine environmental protection and fishery resource conservation,improving the level of fisheries scientific research and application,and advancing the reform of fishery management,an effective path for the development of green fishery in Zhoushan City is proposed.
