Research On The Development Of Financial Services For The Marine Fishery In Changhai County

Under the background of the new era,In order to strengthen financial services to the marine economy which has a strong sense of urgency and historical mission.The country need to have a more macro,multi-angle and comprehensive strategic layout to promote the construction of blue finance.Domestic scholars’ research on financial services marine economy or financial support marine economy were more from a macro perspective to study the national or provincial marine model of financial support,but few studies on the development of financial services fishery in county or rural units.In this paper,Changhai County,Dalian City,Liaoning Province,was selected as a regional research unit.Based on the abundant fishery resources and unique financial service model,the county’s financial services and fishery development were linked,providing experience for more blue financial research in rural areas in the future.The paper mainly included the following aspects: The introduction mainly included the background,purpose,significance,innovation point,current research situation and development trend of the financial service marine fishery development in Changhai County;the second part was the theoretical basis of the paper,which was based on the theory system of financial market and financial support model,to study the development of the financial service marine fishery in Changhai County.The third part was about the current situation and problems of financial services for Marine Fisheries in Changhai County.Through describing the current situation of local fisheries and financial services,the paper finded out the existing problems of financial services in Changhai County.The fourth part was the empirical analysis of the development of Marine Fisheries in financial services,choosing the total output value of Marine Fisheries over the years and the amount of Financial deposits and loans for local fisheries in Changhai County as examples.Variable,used linear regression analysis method to analyze the financial support for Changhai County’s economy;Next was the specific mode of financial services for Marine Fisheries at home and abroad,including the United States,Japan,Britain,Shandong,Guangzhou,Fujian,Tianjin and Zhejiang provinces as examples;The sixth part was the development of financial services for Marine Fisheries in Changhai County,mainly talked about the countermeasures and suggestions.The innovation of this paper is to verify the relationship between fishery economy and financial services in Changhai County by using linear regression analysis method in econometric model.Taking the development of marine fishery in financial services in Changhai County as the research object,this paper drawed the following main conclusions by using the methods of literature research,comparative analysis and linear regression analysis: 1.With the rise of Liaoning Table 4-3 Empirical Test Results of Financial Support for Marine Fisheries Developmenteconomic zone as a national strategy,Changhai County will seize more opportunities to promote development and make contributions to the construction of "Marine Liaoning".According to a series of policies,it will bring unprecedented opportunities for the development of recreational fisheries in Changhai County.2.Regression analysis showed that financial support in Changhai County can significantly and positively promote the development of marine fisheries.On the basis of existing financial policies,Changhai County can formulate financial support policies suitable for the development of Marine Fisheries in the region.3.In view of various problems in the financial services of Marine Fisheries in Changhai County,some feasible suggestions were put forward,such as improving credit management,reducing credit risk,strengthening the legal system construction of Fisheries finance,vigorously promoting the development of marine insurance industry,speeding up the establishment of Marine Fisheries guarantee institutions and vigorously developing leisure fisheries.These measures will promote the financial services of Marine Fisheries in Changhai County.
