With the proposition of "building ocean strong country",mankind has entered an era of comprehensive exploitation of the ocean.The continuous warming of marine exploitation activities not only brings great economic benefits,but also causes great damage to the marine ecological environment.Take the serious decline of fishery resources as an example,the depletion of fishery resources causes the decrease of the income of the coastal fishermen,and the improvement of the living standard continues to lag behind the urban residents.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)also made it clear that the construction of marine ecological civilization should be brought into the overall layout of marine development and the marine natural reproduction capacity should be maintained.Therefore,it is very important to study marine resources from the perspective of sea area carrying capacity for high-quality promotion of marine economic benefits.In this paper,the Zhoushan marine fishery resources as the research object,from the current Zhoushan marine fishery resources development and utilization status,in this paper,the carrying capacity of fishery resources is evaluated by using the quantitative model from the angle of fishing area and aquaculture area.First of all,the output status and production capacity of Zhoushan marine fisheries in the past ten years were analyzed from three aspects: the total output of Zhoushan marine fisheries,the output of Zhoushan marine fisheries by species and the exploitation capacity of Zhoushan marine fishery resources.Secondly,based on the total power(excluding pelagic)and fishing output(excluding pelagic)of marine fishing motor vessels in Zhoushan islands from 1993 to2017,based on the non-equilibrium yield model and logistic model,the carrying capacity of Zhoushan marine fishery resources was calculated,and the maximum sustainable yield was used to construct the carrying capacity model of Zhoushan marine fishery resources.The results show that,between 1993 and 2017,the carrying capacity of the fishing area of the Zhoushan marine fishery in 1994 and 1995 was acceptable,accounting for 8% of the study years,and the fishing intensity in 1996 and2003-2008 was critical overload,accounting for 28% of the study years The remaining years were overloaded,accounting for as much as 64 per cent of the years studied.Thirdly,this paper uses entropy weight TOPSIS model to evaluate the carrying capacity of Zhoushan sea area based on 2005-2018 mariculture data in Zhoushan islands.The results show that the carrying capacity of the sea area in Zhoushan islands is on the rise from 2006 to 2018,and the dynamic evolution trend of the two subsystems in the carrying capacity system of the sea area can be seen,the carrying capacity of breeding resources in Zhoushan fluctuates in a small range,while that of the marine carrying capacity in Zhoushan islands varies considerably as a whole.Finally,according to the evaluation of carrying capacity of fishing area and aquaculture area in Zhoushan islands,the level of marine carrying capacity in Zhoushan islands is too low due to the pollution of marine environment is becoming more and more serious,overfishing of the fishery resources,fisherman without living guarantee,fishery science and technology level lags behind,no longer meeting the requirements for modern fishery development,and put forward to advances marine fishery environment pollution treatment actively,strictly control the amount of marine fishing,the reasonable settlement of fishermen because of fishing vessels reduction,strengthen the innovation and technology research to promote the sustainable development of marine fishery resources in Zhoushan islands. |
