| With the development of modern farming industry,the development of fur-bearing animals such as mink,raccoon dog and fox is extremely rapid.The low cost of the raccoon dog,feeding method is simple,coupled with high utilization of fur,has become more popular farmed ani-mals.However,there is no anesthetic and anesthesia methods against raccoon dog.Therefore,this study will be dexmedetomidine and midazolam compounded,and compare four clinical compound anesthetic.From the aspects of anesthetic effect,safety,economy and physiological and biochemical function changes of these compound anesthetic comprehensive,objective and accurate evalu-ation.To provide an effective and feasible anesthetic and anesthesia method in raccoon dogs for clinial and research.In this experiment,25 healthy raccoon dogs as test animal s.The raccoon dogs randomly divided into five groups,Before anesthesia,five groups each with 0.025mg/kg dose subcutaneous injection of atropine sulfate.Group one(Q Group)as 0.2ml/kg dose intramuscular QMB.Group two(Z Group)as 0.15ml/kg dose intramuscular Zoletil 50.Group three(SX Group)as 0.1ml/kg dose intramuscular Sumianxin Ⅱ.Group four(SN Group)as 0.1ml/kg dose intramuscular Shumianning.Group five(Y Group)as 0.1ml/kg dose intramuscular Dexmedetomidine compound preparation.Five groups respectively monitoring the effects of anesthesia.and monitor temperature,respi-ratory rate,heart rate,oxygen saturation,arterial blood pressure,ECG,PETCO2,minute ventilation,ti-dal and volume.Detection of blood indexes and some biochemical indexes.The test results showed that Y group anesthetic,sedative,muscle relaxant,analgesic effect and reach the second level of surgical anesthesia.Circulatory system monitoring shows:(1)The temperature of five groups were decreased,where Y group decreased the most,which is 2.1 ℃,no significant decline in the other four groups.(2)The heart rate of five groups increased in different degrees after anesthesia 5min to 10min,then slowly decreased.Where Y group decreased the smallest,SX group and Q group decreased signi-ficantly,there is significant difference between other groups(P<0.05).(3)The arterial blood pressure of five groups also decreased after the first upward trend,where Q group is the most significant decline,followed by SX group,Y group less fluctuation in the whole process.Respiratory monitoring shows:(1)Y group have minimal impact on pulse oxygen saturation,in the whole monitoring process has always maintained above 95%,the other four groups can remain 85%-95%.(2)Q group and SX group respiratory rate decreases more,there is significant difference between other groups(P<0.05),there are varying degrees of respiratory depression,the other three groups on respiration rate slightly.ECG monitoring shows that Y group have minimal impact on the duration of each respective band voltage waveform.Five groups were on the red cells,white cells,hemoglobin,liver and kidney function in minimal,there’s no significant between five groups,and not produce damaging effects.Comprehensive experimental results concluded that Dexmedetomidine compound preparation has good anesthesia effect for raccoon dog,sedation,analgesia and muscle relaxation effect is indeed and balanced.The circulatory system,respiratory system,blood and biochemical indexes minimal impact,what can be applied in clinical anesthesia. |
