Effect Of Combined Anesthesia With Dexmedetomidine In Dogs

At present,domestic and foreign research found that dextromethasone single anesthesia,with a certain degree of sedation,analgesic effect and the emergence of heart rate,breathing stable,but the safety of anesthesia has not yet clear.Therefore,anesthesia is indeed,the effect of muscle relaxation is good,safe,high anesthesia is need to be developed.In this study,dexamethasone is used as the research object,and it was compounded with Long Peng and fentanyl to study the anesthesia effect of the mixture.Through the drug screening test,the prescription test was used to determine the composition of the compound anesthesia preparation,and the general proportion of each drug was determined by the combination of Long Peng and dexmedetomidine and Qiangyinning.Through the three factors and three levels Orthogonal test,orthogonal test of the validation test,the best prescription screening test and the best prescription safety validation test,and finally concluded that the best combination of dog anesthesia preparation ratio of 0.07:0.08:0.2(According to the volume of a single injection in the mixture).And the compound anesthetic preparation is named LDQ.The results showed that the safety factor of LDQ was AI=5.62(?3),which indicated that the safety of the mixture was higher than that of LDQ mixture.,To meet the basic requirements of clinical use.In this study,LDQ mixture and canine mixture were used to carry out neck intramuscular anesthesia in the test dogs,and the routine monitoring and special monitoring and electrocardiogram monitoring results were compared.At the same time,LDQ mixture was used to test the rabbit eye and muscle stimulation.Finally,an experimental procedure was performed for LDQ mixture surgery.The results showed that the anesthesia induction time of LDQ mixture was shorter and the maintenance time of anesthesia was suitable and the recovery was more stable than that of the control group.The analgesic,sedative and muscle relaxions were ideal and balanced during anesthesia.(T),heart rate(HR)and respiratory rate(RR)were decreased,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The oxygen saturation(SPO2)(P>0.05).SBP,DBP and MAP were not significantly different at the same time(P>0.05).Through the results of two groups of anesthesia combination,LDQ mixture of anesthesia affect dog circulation,respiratory system and the impact of the heart than the juvenile mixture of the effect is relatively minor.LDQ mixture local irritation test results show that the rabbit eyelids and leg muscles did not cause irritation.Through the operation test,we can see that LDQ can provide 90-105min anesthesia depth of appropriate surgical time,can successfully complete the gastrectomy,intestinal anastomosis,bladder incision,sterilization and patellar dislocation surgery;surgery group and anesthesia(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in HR,RR,SPO2 and MAP between the operation group and the control group at the same time(P>0.05).Comprehensive analysis showed that dexmedetomidine compound preparation with short induction time,anesthesia maintenance time is longer and anesthesia process is stable,the use of small doses,sedation,analgesia,muscle relaxation effect is ideal and balanced,the respiratory system,The degree of inhibition of the system is mild,high security,less side effects,etc.,to meet the clinical application requirements.
