Facing the increasingly fierce market competition environment,enterprises need to constantly transform their business operation models,improve their operational efficiency,establish a good interactive relationship with the outside,and better adapt to their development strategies.This article takes the company A,a leading manufacturer of distribution network products,as an example.It has always faced the problem of overdue project delivery deadlines when undertaking a new business model-EPC project,with a view to improving the operation of the project through a method to achieve a shortened project delivery cycle.The purpose of this is to have practical application significance for the long-term development of company A's service-oriented transformation and development.This article aims to improve the shortening of the construction period of the APC EPC project.Based on the market environment of the A company and the development of the EPC project,it compares the difference between the EPC project and the conventional equipment production-sales model and analyzes the improvement measures and effects of the A company's construction period.Identify the key to solving problems and the focus of this article's research is the improvement of the EPC project process.Diagnosing the problem through the application of questionnaire surveys and actual project time measurement tools lies in the overall process of the project and the design and finalization,and the two sub-processes of material procurement.The fishbone diagram is used to analyze the specific cause of the problem.After that,process optimization methods(ESIA and ESCRI tools)were used to carry out optimization design.Finally,the project process optimization program was applied in the actual Z project,and the implementation effect was analyzed and evaluated.Compared with the situation before the implementation,it was greatly shortened.It can be completed within the expected time of the customer,effectively improving the customer relationship and enhancing the Market Competitiveness.At the same time,through process optimization to reduce the short-term project's large demand for the company's internal resources,and promote the company's stable operation.The improvement plan provides a reference for the continuous improvement of company A's service-oriented transformation and development.At the same time,this article provides a reference for other manufacturing enterprises to undertake EPC projects or service transformation.
