The Research On The Optimization Process Of Engineering Procurement Construction Project Management Of D Electric Power Design Institute

Under the background of the rapid development of social economy,people’s living standards have been significantly improved,and people’s demand for house purchase has been gradually improved,which provides sufficient impetus for the development of China’s construction industry.At present,the construction industry has become an important part of China’s economic development,and also a key content of urban construction.However,compared with other industries,in the construction industry,the environment faced by the engineering construction and construction process is more complex,so there are more risk problems,and the construction process and construction technology are more cumbersome,so the "EPC general contracting form" has emerged.However,due to the vast majority of enterprises in our country have not formulated corresponding management countermeasures for "EPC project general contracting form",so they can not give full play to the role and value of "EPC project general contracting form".Therefore,it is necessary to further adjust and optimize the management plan of enterprises at this stage.In this study,the paper analyzes the problems and solutions of d Electric Power Design Institute in the process of using the general contracting mode in engineering projects.In the process of this study,it first introduces the research background and significance,collects and collates the research literature and data on the general contracting management at home and abroad,and clarifies the concepts of the general contracting project and the general contracting management of the EPC project.Then,it analyzes the actual situation of EPC project of d Electric Power Design Institute and the situation of EPC project management in the practical application process,summarizes and analyzes the problems and defects existing in the EPC project of d Electric Power Design Institute,discusses the main causes of these problems,and on this basis,puts forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures and measures.Finally,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures from personnel,cultural system,capital and information technology.Through the implementation of EPC project management optimization scheme,the EPC project management efficiency of d Electric Power Design Institute has been significantly improved.At the same time,the original management process of d Electric Power Design Institute has been optimized and improved.Through this study,it can also provide reference for other enterprises in the same industry to implement EPC project.
