| As an important mode of engineering construction project management,"whole-process engineering consulting" can effectively solve the shortcomings in government investment project management and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of investment.In recent years,China has issued a series of policy documents such as "Decision of the State Council on Investment System Reform",which provides an unprecedented development opportunity for the rapid development of whole-process engineering consulting projects.However,the characteristics of full-process engineering consulting projects,such as large investment amount,long development cycle and many unforeseeable factors,bring great risks and challenges for the projects in the practice process.This study takes the whole-process consulting project of a new campus of a higher education institution as the research object,and identifies and categorizes the risk factors of the project from two dimensions:whole life cycle and stakeholders;then designs a questionnaire based on the project risk list,clarifies the influence relationship between different risk factors,and establishes the risk adjacency matrix of the project;based on this,uses social network analysis software to visualize it,and separately evaluates the project from the overall Based on this,the social network analysis software is used to visualize and analyze the risk factors of the project from the overall perspective and the individual perspective,and identify the key risk factors and key risk relationships located at the core of the social network.Finally,we propose strategies for the identified key risk factors and key risk relationships,and compare the network effects before and after risk control.The results show that by controlling the key risks and key relationships in the risk network,the complexity of the whole risk network and the tightness of the links between risk factors can be effectively reduced.This study can provide methodological support for the identification of risk factors and their influencing relationships in the whole process engineering consulting project,and also provide reference for the managers of the whole process engineering consulting project to identify and respond to key risks,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the whole process engineering consulting project. |
