Research On Optimization Of Procurement Process Of TR Technology Company

As a fundamental part of supply chain management,procurement management plays a key role in reducing costs,improving quality,promoting innovation and improving customer satisfaction.Under the current new economic environment,the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,more and more enterprises are innovating the management thinking,constructing the procurement thinking,upgrading the procurement management from the traditional operation function to the strategic function on the level of modern enterprise management system.Entrepreneurs have realized that the development of enterprises no longer depends on fighting alone,but depends on integrating internal and external resources,strengthening cooperation with excellent suppliers,and improving the position of enterprises in the whole supply chain.For companies whose main business is integration projects,the hardware equipment and related services used in integration projects are basically outsourced,and the procurement management ability is more related to the survival and sustainable development of enterprises.This paper takes the procurement process of TR Technology Company as the research object,and the actual problems in the procurement work as the breakthrough point,identifies and analyzes the existing problems in the procurement process,and propose the rational optimization plan in the procurement process and carries out the practice preliminarily.Firstly,the theoretical research and application results of procurement management and process optimization at home and abroad are used for reference to lay a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.Secondly,this paper uses the method of expert interview to identify the existing problems,and finds that there are some problems in the procurement process,such as low procurement efficiency,slow decision-making efficiency,unsatisfactory sourcing effect of sourcing,inaccurate procurement plan and poor internal communication,and uses the fishbone diagram to analyze the causes of these problems.Thirdly,from the aspects of procurement organization setting,procurement process approval,procurement plan management,supplier management and so on,combined with ASME and ESIA methods and Karaj ack model and AHP tools,the optimization scheme was proposed.Finally,the preliminary effect of TR Technology company’s optimized procurement process is summarized and prospected.Through the implementation effect of the optimized procurement process,it can be seen that the procurement decision efficiency of TR Technology Company has been increased by 40%,and the communication efficiency and mutual cooperation ability between departments have been greatly improved,which will greatly improve the operating efficiency of the company.In addition,the cooperation with suppliers has reached a new level,and more economic benefits will be obtained in the later stage.This paper provides the company with a scientific procurement process optimization plan,futher solid awareness of process,but also lay a foundation for the subsequent process management,so as to improve the company’s fine management ability,so that the company can obtain long-term development.
