According to the engineering cost data,the cost of building materials accounts for about60-70% of the total cost of construction projects,and the cost of material procurement is directly related to the efficiency of construction projects.Therefore,the construction project management departments of many enterprises are trying to improve the efficiency of procurement and reduce the cost of material procurement with various strategies,aiming to improve the profit margin of the project.Group A is a large comprehensive enterprise,the business scope involved in education,catering and real estate and other fields,the development momentum is good.However,its construction sector business currently has problems in procurement management such as low procurement efficiency,lax supplier selection and management,and backward procurement platform information construction.This study investigated the procurement management of construction engineering projects of Group A,and on this basis,tried to analyze the problems existing in the procurement management of construction engineering projects of Group A,and put forward optimization suggestions to improve the procurement efficiency of enterprises,and provided some cases for reference for related industries.Firstly,through literature review and analysis,this paper sorts out and summarizes the problems in procurement management.Secondly,on the basis of procurement management,procurement process optimization,supplier management optimization and information construction data collection,this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of procurement management of construction engineering projects in A Group.Then,the optimization research is carried out in view of the problems existing in the procurement management of construction engineering project of A Group.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization scheme,this paper puts forward the relevant safeguard measures.Through the investigation of the current situation of procurement management of construction engineering projects in Group A,it is found that there are indeed some problems to be solved or optimized in the procurement management of the enterprise,resulting in relatively low procurement efficiency and benefits.These problems mainly include: The approval mode is old and complicated,the procurement contract signing authorization is insufficient,the classification of procurement plans needs to be improved,the procurement information query is difficult,the supplier qualification management and risk management is not strict,the exit management is nominal,the relationship management model is traditional,and the information construction is backward.To solve these problems,the optimization suggestions are put forward from three aspects: procurement process management,supplier management and information construction.
