As the refinement of business management and the increasingly fierce market competition,for the construction companies,the material procurement process has become very important.In the construction industry chain,the procurement activities play a role as a link and link all aspects.With the gradual deepening of the procurement content,the scope of gradual expansion and the gradual and clear responsibility,the importance has become more and more obvious.For construction companies,material procurement needs to be standardized,especially large and medium-sized construction companies even more so.Through material procurement cost management,profitability can be improved.The WD Plaza Project Group as the real estate industry leading enterprises in the real estate market is becoming increasingly competitive environment,the same must ensure that enterprises invest in the development of real estate projects to maximize profits in order to compete in the market unbeaten,procurement costs As an important part of the real estate project,management has an important impact on the cost and effectiveness of the project.Research is based on the research logic of "finding problems,investigating and analyzing problems,and solving problems".First of all,introduce the research background and significance of the material procurement cost management of the construction project,as well as the research status at home and abroad;cite the traditional procurement model,JIT procurement cost management model,ERP procurement cost management model,SCM procurement cost management model,)Management Mode Five construction materials procurement cost management model,and a detailed analysis of its advantages and disadvantages,followed by pointed out that the material procurement cost management for the construction of the important role.Secondly,taking WD Square Project as an example,this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of material procurement cost management in detail and carries out deep-seated reasons analysis for various problems.Finally,for the WD Plaza project materials procurement cost management plan research,from the quality,cost and other aspects of optimization measures put forward.Based on the comprehensive application of literature research and case study,the following conclusions are obtained.(1)WD Plaza project
