With the implementation of the national "Belt and Road" initiative,the role of construction companies in the construction of infrastructure at home and abroad has become increasingly important.More companies have begun to go global and have entered the international development track.However,most construction companies still use the traditional decentralized financial management model.This model is increasingly unable to meet the rapid expansion of the company’s needs,which seriously restricts the development of the company.Since the 1990s,information technology has developed rapidly.Some large group companies have started adopting a new financial management model——a financial sharing service center.The Financial Shared Service Center is essentially an innovation of the traditional management model.It relies on modern information network technology to integrate personnel,technology,and related processes to achieve standardization and streamlining of financial process processing.The enterprise groups of financial sharing service centers in foreign countries have had nearly 30 years of research and development.They have applications in many multinational corporations,but they are still at the initial stage in China.The traditional decentralized management model of construction companies has problems such as low efficiency and waste of resources.By establishing a financial sharing service center in a construction company,it is possible to effectively integrate internal resources,reduce operating costs,and increase operating efficiency.To a certain extent,it can effectively solve the difficulties faced by construction companies.Therefore,it is necessary for construction enterprises to introduce the management mode of financial sharing service center..In order to meet the needs of vigorous development,construction companies are actively transforming their financial management models and working hard to improve their financial management.The experience of successful construction of a financial sharing service center by a construction company is achieved through practice and conforms to the characteristics of the construction industry.It is inevitable that construction companies must pay attention to the construction of a financial service center.A careful analysis and resolution of these issues can serve as a reference for companies that are building or have a willingness to build.This article is based on the China Railway Construction Financial Sharing Service Center to build this case.First of all,it collects and analyzes the research process and research status of domestic and foreign academic experts on financial sharing services,combines the characteristics of the construction industry,analyzes the financial management status of the construction industry,and elaborates The feasibility and necessity of building a financial sharing service center.Secondly,relying on the case of China Railway Construction,it focused on analyzing the business process reengineering of the financial sharing service center,and describe the expenses reimbursement,accounting,material procurement,and fund collection operations,and summarized the results of the construction phase of the financial shared service center.Analyze the problems existing in the construction process and propose improvements to provide reference for companies that are willing to build a financial sharing service center.At the end of the article,it is concluded that the construction of the financial sharing service center needs to be continuously optimized and improved along with the strategic adjustment and economic development of the company.The construction of a financial sharing service center for a construction company needs to continue to optimize and improve several aspects such as reforming business processes,improving system resources,accelerating information dissemination,improving service quality,and improving user experience.With the continuous improvement of the financial sharing service center,it should transform its position of assisting management and become a partner that works side-by-side with customers,and continues to expand into a multi-service center without the need for a single operating mechanism.
