A Study On Peration Effect Of Group Enterprise Financial Shared Service Center

With the gradual enhancement of China’s comprehensive strength and the growing development of globalization,many large group enterprises expand their operation scale by establishing molecular companies,which gradually expose the problems of cumbersome organizational structure and inefficient management,and the traditional financial management mode can no longer meet the needs of enterprise development.In this case,"financial sharing services" came into the public eye.The emerging financial sharing service center utilizes cloud computing and other information technologies,which can not only optimize the financial management of enterprises,but also improve the comprehensive strength of enterprises.It is of great practical significance to adapt to the development of management accounting in the era of "great wisdom moving cloud".Changhong group is a pioneer in the construction of financial sharing service center in China.In 2012,it built a "financial cloud" with enterprise characteristics in combination with cloud technology,and its development experience is of reference significance.This paper systematically summarizes the theories related to financial Shared services,selects the balanced scorecard as the evaluation tool,and comprehensively analyzes the changes brought by the implementation of financial Shared service center for enterprise performance from the financial and non-financial perspectives.Studies show that the center can bring positive change for business such as reduce the cost,improve the efficiency of business processes,but the center itself still exist,such as low staff quality,the sharing system data security problem,this paper put forward some proposals to solve these problems,for example for data security issues,upgrading the system,installation of advanced firewall protection,the cohesion of various molecular company software platform.Financial Shared services center in this paper,the final conclusion is that the effect is apparent,can promote the development of the enterprise good,enlightenment is the financial Shared services center in staff training,system data security and financial sharing model and the integration of enterprise strategic aspects still need to constantly improve and perfect,the enterprise of financial Shared services center ready to build.
