Nowdays,as the digital economy develops in a deeper and broader direction,it has become the management requirements of most enterprise groups to construct an efficient and unified digitalized financial system by highly integrating business financial data.In this context,the discussion on the value of Financial Shared Service Center(FSSC)has quickly become the focus of enterprise groups.Financial sharing is the reengineering and upgrading of financial business processes.This new management mode not only fully meets the basic requirements of enterprise groups to obtain high benefits at low cost,but also can effectively reduce the degree of information asymmetry and maximize the value of business financial data.As a time-honored subsidiary of the national enterprise,company A has achieved fruitful results in the fields of scientific research,design,consultation and construction of traffic engineering in recent years.Technological change of industry background and expansion of business scale also promote company A to seek change in stability,put forward the development mechanism of financial sharing service,and embarked on the road of transformation to value-creating financial management mode.This paper takes company A as the research object.First of all,starting from principal-agent theory,office automation theory,process reengineering theory and cognitive surplus theory,this paper summarizes the research results of financial sharing.Secondly,after A brief introduction of company A’s industrial background,development history,business scope and organizational structure,this paper further Outlines the current situation of its financial management and financial informatization,and analyzes typical problems such as company A’s inadequate implementation of financial system,delayed financial information transmission and inadequate use of financial information system integration.Thirdly,in order to achieve the goal of financial data standardization,automation of accounting,financial information visualization,risk management intellectualization,business finance integration,based on the three principles of unified deployment,standardized management and continuous optimization,this paper plans and designs the financial sharing service center of company A from the four aspects of system planning,service platform,financial platform and sharing platform.The center plans to build six functional modules for online reimbursement,receivables and payable management,fixed assets management,general ledger management and statement management.Finally,through questionnaire survey and field research to collect evaluation and feedback,the paper puts forward suggestions on deepening operation system constraints,strengthening data security governance,optimizing operation management team,and three follow-up optimization paths of travel cloud banking enterprises directly connected with intelligent tax.This paper not only aims at accelerating the deep integration of A company’s business finance and the transformation to value-creating financial management mode,but also hopes to provide reference value for other similar enterprises and make a modest contribution to the optimization of China’s enterprise group financial management mode.
