With the rapid advancement of economic globalization,a large number of enterprise groups have established branches and subsidiaries around the world.Driven by business development and business needs,enterprise groups have established branches and subsidiaries around the world.The increase in business operations and the expansion of enterprise scale have brought many problems,such as bloated institutions,inefficient operations,increased management risks,and increased operating costs.Under such a big trend,new management mode of financial sharing is especially necessary for enterprises to solve the above problems.Since Ford pioneered this approach in business management in 1981,Various industries around the world have begun to gradually build financial shared service centers.Different from the previous literature that focused on the construction of financial shared service centers,this paper studies the optimization of the financial shared service center of W Group,a large local car company in China.This will provide a realistic reference for other large domestic multinational auto companies that are constructing or preparing to build a financial shared service center in the practical industry.As the first domestic car company to build a financial sharing center,W Group encountered problems and challenges in the process of applying financial sharing services earlier than other local car companies,so it has more reference value.This paper combines the relevant literature of the financial sharing service center,and is based on the sharing economy theory,organization flattening theory,scale economy theory,resource allocation theory and process reengineering theory.Firstly,this paper selects the Chinese local auto companies that built the financial sharing service center earlier ——W Group,as a case study object,analyzes the implementation motivation,key elements,implementation status and effectiveness of the W Group financial sharing service center in combination with the relevant information obtained through field research.Secondly,the paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the current problems of the W group financial shared service center based on the organizational structure level,core business process level,information system level and personnel and performance evaluation level.Finally,according to the problems existing in the W Group Financial Sharing Service Center,the paper provides corresponding optimization suggestions.At the level oforganizational structure,this paper proposes to improve the organizational structure and strengthen the internal communication of the group;optimize the job design and give full play to human efficiency;sort out the financial responsibilities and optimize the three-point financial layout.At the core business process level,this article proposes corresponding optimization suggestions for the three major business processes,the expense reimbursement process,the procurement process,the prepayment process and the sales process.At the information system level,this paper proposes to integrate advanced intelligent technology to promote the informatization process;improve the construction of a shared platform and promote the integration of industry finance and taxation;clarify the goals of the risk control system and build an optimized strategy for the risk control management platform.At the level of personnel management,this article proposes to attach importance to personnel training and communication to motivate employees to transform;introduce management models to improve employee satisfaction;and establish a performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard.Through case studies,this paper finds that: The construction and optimization of the financial shared service center can separate and centralize the repetitive and standardized businesses of enterprises,and effectively solve the problems of low efficiency,difficult communication,and increased costs brought by large enterprise diseases.In addition,there is no end to the construction and optimization of the financial shared service center,and enterprises need to attach great importance to it.On the basis of inheriting the advantages of the existing platform,enterprises should follow the requirements of the 3.0 era of shared intelligence and internationalization,continuously summarize and improve the problems in the construction and operation process,and finally achieve "smart finance".
