In the new era of economic development,many group enterprises have gradually changed their financial management mode and used Financial Shared Services in order to meet the financial needs of scale and business expansion.The practice of many group enterprises at home and abroad has proved that the construction of Financial Shared Service center and the application of Financial Shared Services can reduce financial costs,improve the group’s financial control ability,promote financial transformation and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Financial Shared Services has gradually become an inevitable choice for enterprises to develop under the macro situation.The object of this article is selected to sink to S company,a subsidiary of the group company.The research methods focus on field investigation and in-depth interview.S Company,affiliated with SJ Group,currently has several branches and is an influential local construction company.As a construction enterprise,it has a large number of projects and a wide distribution area,with a long financial management chain and difficult control.In order to respond to the strategic arrangement of SJ Group,meet the financial transformation needs brought about by the company’s scale expansion and business development and change,and solve the main financial management problems of the company’s current low process efficiency and high operation and management costs,it is necessary for S company to implement Financial Shared Services.However,through the internship and investigation,S company found that the process of implementing Financial Shared Services is slow,there is resistance and difficulty,study the problems and difficulties faced by the implementation of Financial Shared Services,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper summarizes the research status of Financial Shared Services at home and abroad,Based on the current situation and related theories,Summarize the key factors affecting enterprises to promote Financial Shared Services,and the possible universal problems;Through the field research and interviews,Understand the basic situation of the current financial management mode of S Company,Combined with the mechanism and role of Financial Shared Services,Clarify the necessity of S company to promote Financial Shared Services;Finding out the influencing factors and existing problems in the implementation of Financial Shared Services,By comparing these actual influencing factors and problems with the key influencing factors and possible universal problems of implementing Financial Shared Services obtained through literature analysis,Combined with the specific situation of S Company,From the concept,system,business,information system,personnel quality,system,culture multi-level comprehensive analysis,Further sorting and induction,It is concluded that the problems existing in S company in implementing Financial Shared Services are:insufficient management level,lack of information level and system maintenance ability,lack of process management loopholes,lack of human resource management,weak risk control,resistance to the implementation of Financial Shared Services,etc.In view of the problems found,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,including that S company needs to improve the response measures to reform obstacles,establish a unified Financial sharing information system,strengthen risk control and personnel training,and improve the comprehensive quality of personnel.Through the research and countermeasures of the problems existing in the implementation of Financial Shared Services of S company,it helps S Company to effectively implement Financial Shared Services,promote financial transformation,improve the company’s management level and financial management ability,and enhance the competitiveness of the company.At the same time,this paper has certain reference value for the same industry,the same scale,and the group enterprises that want to carry out Financial Shared Services and financial transformation.
