With the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid development of science and technology, people's quality of life has been improved and improved to a certain extent. At the same time,high-speed unrestrained development has many drawbacks, such as the deteriorating ecological environment. The health and fast-paced work pressure of the human body makes people unable to enjoy life and crowded living space,so that people are in a state of mental tension, and increasingly indifferent interpersonal relationships affect people's communication and communication. This fast-paced life mode is no longer Adapting to the development of society has led to an increase in the proportion of sub-healthy people. In this environment,a slow life concept is gradually formed. It is to pursue the relaxation of body and mind, slow down the pace and speed, and return to nature.People and nature live in harmony, and have the opportunity to experience the local folk customs and historical context in depth,to achieve the purpose of leisure and recreation, health care, and seeking new ideas, and transform the living conditions of contemporary urbansub-health.This paper introduces this slow lifestyle into the design of urban waterfront landscape, taking Shichuan River Binhe Park as a case study, taking the characteristics of slow life as the starting point, and proposing corresponding design strategies and landscape planning based on research and analysis design. This paper takes the waterfront landscape as the research object, and combines the construction of a green ecological recreation city and advocates the background of healthy “slow life”.On the basis of the general waterfront landscape planning and design,it is proposed to incorporate the concept of “slow life” into the design to fully create the “slow life” environment of the park, and propose that it can not only provide tourists with sightseeing, leisure and entertainment, but also slow down the rhythm and relax.Body and mind,a casual functional riverfront landscape model with the theme of slow life. The promotion and application of this model can not only provide reference and reference for riverside landscape planning and design, but also has certain practical significance, and is also conducive to the gradual and in-depth development of the concept of slow life in China. The paper conducted basic research after analyzing and summarizing relevant literature.Interpret the connotation of slow life and urban waterfront landscape respectively, and expound the related elements, forms of expression and urban waterfront landscape design principles.Further explore and analyze the relationship between slow life and urban landscape design, find out the connection between the two,and draw the slowscape space from the slow life as the starting point of the application of the concept of “slow life” in urban landscape design. The connotation, design method and the extraction of the elements of the slow life concept lead to the design elements of the waterfront landscape based on the concept of slow life.Fully combine local cultural characteristics, sum up the design strategy and design orientation of Binhe Park landscape planning under the direction of slow life, such as the combination of “roaming” and “slow movement” and riverside park under the concept of slow life, design of slow landscape space With the organic integration strategy of Binhe Park, the ecological and local culturallandscape elements are organically interspersed in the riverside green belt to create a modern urban slow-life waterfront green corridor with humanistic care. Finally, through the actual case—Ishikawa Riverside Park Project as an example, the waterfront landscape planning and design strategy based on the slow life concept is applied to the planning and design practice of the park,so that the theory can be applied and tested in practice.
