Study On The Landscape Planning And Design Of Urban Slow Space

With the development of urban economy in China,the quantity of motor vehicles is increasing rapidly,which leads to the problems of traffic congestion and environmental deterioration in many large and medium-sized cities.In order to realize the goal of real sustainable development,the urban traffic planning should be made scientifically and rationally,and a coordinated urban traffic environment need to be created.Carrying slow traffic and recreational functions,the slow space system has been paid more attention by the government and scholars because of its characteristics of green,environmental protection and low-carbon.On the one hand,urban slow space system landscape shaping can highlight the characteristics of the city;on the other hand,it can attract more people to take the initiative to choose slow traffic.Therefore,the study on landscape planning and design for urban slow spaces is of great significance for promoting the construction of a green traffic system and the construction of urban landscape.This paper takes the landscape of urban slow space system as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the landscape concept of slow space,slow traffic,landscape,and slow space system,and summarizes the types,characteristics and functions of the slow space system landscape and components,etc.Then,in this paper,some examples of the typical urban slow space planning at home and abroad are selected,systematic research on it is carried out,and outstanding experience is summarized.These contents have profound implications for the design and planning of the topic of this paper.The principles and contents of landscape planning and design of urban slow space system is put forward at the core part of this paper.In the specific design process,a complete slow space network system should be constructed first,and then the construction of various parts of the landscape system and the corresponding landscape elements should be put forward next.By systematically discussing the above aspects,a complete set of urban space system landscape planning and design process has been constructed,laying the foundation for the scientific planning of similar projects.Finally,the paper takes the slow landscape design within the first ring road in Shijiazhuang City as an example,combines the status quo of the development of urban transportation and the distribution of characteristic resources,and systematically constructs a network of slow space system,landscape system,and landscape facilities within the first ring road of the city.The concept of landscape planning of the slow space system within the first ring road in Shijiazhuang City was finally came up.The study of the urban slow space system landscape planning and design will help enhance the vitality of the city and promote the benign development of urban green transport system.
