| As the objective for this research paper is to help M company to improve workshop production management by using lean tools and technology from the factors of Man/Machine/Material and Method to analyze.It expounds production management issues in detail including process management & lean production & standardization operation & materials transport and feeding & cost management and process optimization etc.Therefore,this paper research is with important meaning for furthering lean production and eliminating waste as well as lowering production cost in M company.At first this paper research briefs lean production history and development & theory research and application,and then analyze the process of products and management status to find non-valued and waste activities by data collecting & discussing and analysis,at last draw the issues and countermeasures accordingly.The company will benefit for cost reducing and competitiveness improving by process optimization & employees standard operating & production planning improvement & stock controlling & better production controlling and OEE ramping up.So by improvement actives as obvious achievements for M company are more smooth operation & better efficiency & higher production capacity and more timely delivery as well as higher product quality. |
